Come, sit, and relax on the porch of one of our newly built cabins. Take in the fresh air and enjoy the countryside views, wildlife, farm animals, and breathtaking sunsets. Our four cabins, Faith, Hope, Mercy, and Grace, each feature their own rustic/elegant style and charm. All the cabins sleep two on a king sized bed with luxurious sheets and bedding, while the bathrooms each feature a large shower and copper sink.
The kitchen has a full sized refrigerator and microwave oven along with a full size coffee maker with teas and other goodies.
We have a beautiful gazebo outside in the common area with a charcoal grill and a large table to gather around and enjoy the country life. Don't forget to bring charcoal and something to grill!
Our cabin, Hope, has an outdoor shower to enjoy along with a private deck with lounge chairs in the back to sit and relax. The stars are amazing at night from this deck view. THIS OPTION IS ONLY FOR HOPE GUESTS!
We are out in the country but only 6 miles from Fredericksburg where you can walk down Main Street, shop, eat wonderful food, check out the wineries, or even learn a bit of history at the Admiral Nimitz museum. Marktplatz on Main St. is where most of Fredericksburg's sought-after events take place.

Summary: My daughter and I stayed at Hope cabin. We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean and cute. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and the back porch. The bed was large and comfortable. When we stayed we were only ones on property and it was so quit and peaceful. The property was the perfect distance for peacefulness and a good distance from everything we wanted to see in do in the area. We would stay on property in the future.

Summary: I booked this cabin on a whim on 4th of July weekend and boy am I glad I found it. It is located on a ranch with three other surrounding cabins and there are animals on property that you can view from your front porch. The cabin itself was immaculate and has everything you need for a quick getaway. I stayed at the Hope cabin that has a little outdoor shower and my husband loved it. I got up every morning and drank coffee on the front porch on the rocking chair and just breathed in the fresh country air and watched the cattle grazing by. If you have a larger group you can book the surrounding cabins and have a family experience out there. I highly recommend booking God's country cabins. I hope to be able to come back one day.

Summary: God's Country Cabins - Hope. It met all our expectations, this is a place to get away from everything that does not allow you to think and reflect, about what real matters in life, breathe clean air and a lot of peace. We enjoyed it so much that we plan to come back.

Summary: I enjoyed my time at Hope cabin. The facility was very nice and loved sitting out on the porch. A side benefit was the stargazing too! Perfect place to go unwind and close proximity to the Lady Bird golf course. Even enjoyed the herd of deer as I was leaving.

Summary: Absolutely loved the location. The stars at night were amazing from the back deck. Loved the outside shower and the outdoor grill and gazebo. Bed was comfortable and the decor was great. Lots of meaning in the decorations! Great for a peaceful getaway and much needed rest and relaxation. We will come back and stay in the HOPE cabin.

Summary: We've stayed in the God's Country Cabins many times, and they never disappoint. This was our first time staying in cabin Hope. It was fabulous. The cabin was clean, many amenities provided (shampoo/conditioner, body wash, bottles of water, Pepsi, cookies, a few snacks), and the TV/air conditioner were in great working order. The property is very well kept. The greatest thing about these cabins are the proximity to Fredericksburg and the wineries. Close enough to get there with a short trip but far enough away to get away from the noise. We'll definitely stay here again!
