Positive: The staff were the nicest we encountered in Vietnam and that is a very high compliment because everybody we met over the course of the month we were there was lovely. Very nice people, super accommodating and helpful. The room was very quiet despite facing a busy street, the shower was great and spacious. The bed was comfortable and very large. We checked in at 1am but the staff were expecting us after communicating our trip to Ha Giang got us back to Hanoi at that time. This was great for us after a previous hotel gave our room away in a similar scenario.

Positive: We stayed in this hotel for the last night of our 3 weeks in Vietnam and we were so happy with our choice. Its perfectly situated on a quiet street near the old quarter and lake and our room was lovely with a little balcony overlooking the street. The staff were absolutely lovely and helpful and we enjoyed talking with them. We were so touched by the wonderful send off we received from them even though we only stayed the one night 💕 We would definitely stay there again when we go back to Hanoi some day.
