Positive: The property was beautifully presented and very clean. The unit I stayed in was extremely clean , co for table and attractive. The surrounds were Aldi beautiful and well kept.

Positive: This is a great spot for families with a car visiting the Cairns area. This hotel has a lovely heated pool, walking distance to an amazing playground. To the beach and to some shops for essentials. (The shops aren't that great but can get the basics) The beach is right outside as well, with a big path to enjoy a walk.
Negative: The kitchen didn't have an oven and no BBQs so cooking was limited to microwave, stove, toaster and kettle. The washing machine and dryer were handy but could use a refresh as the dryer was slow.
Summary: Would stay again, great spot for a relaxing holiday close to beach, playground and nice walk.

Positive: Pool and gardens just beautiful. Bird life was amazing . Beach metres away. Cleanliness of our unit and all surrounds excellent. A real tropical paradise.
Negative: Remotes for air conditioner and tv require attention. The air conditioner vents required attention.
Summary: An absolutely beautiful tropical haven would highly recommend.

Positive: We stayed 9 nights and would have liked to stay longer. Excellent value, quiet location and short walk to the beach, lovely well cared for tropical garden around pool, lift to room level from undercover car park, spacious comfortable apartment with large balcony overlooking the garden, warm reception from Carl & Mandy. Definitely recommend and would stay again.
Negative: Can't really find anything to complain about, it met our needs except it being Christmas we would liked to have had a proper oven, but a microwave is the available option. No dishwasher, but then again certainly not a critical need.

Positive: good easy beach location, short walk to beach. Tennis courts, friendly staff. Great beds for the price.
Negative: Pre-set aircon, that you cant adjust at a less than ideal temperature ruined a high score for this one! At least you can turn the roof fans right up eventually stop sweating. Its a Cairns summer! Not cool!
Summary: Comfy beds, nice rooms, good value, great staff, tennis court was a fun bonus. Needs control of AC.
