Positive: It was a very pleasant stay in this flat. It's simple, comfortable and it offers everything you can need. There is a small veranda in front where is possible to relax outside. The windows and the entrance are on the north side, so it is never too hot there (in any case there is also the AC). The host is also very kind! Thank you for everything Heidi! If you book here you will already know that you are not at the seaside. Anyway you can reach the coast very easily and this place is very quiet (if it's not a problem for you to be woken up by the rooster every morning ;-) ). The border with Northern Cyprus is just a couple of km from there and you can reach Famagusta very easily (just be aware that if you cross the border by feet you will have to take a taxi or go by feet, there is no bus anymore connecting the border to the town). The best way to move is by private means (there is a lot of parking space in front of the house), but there are also busses going regularly to Ayia Napa (the bus stop is 2 minutes from the house). With bus 714 you can reach Larnaca directly from there. For all other destinations in the area you have to change in Paralimni. Near to the house there is a supermarket open every day (also on Sundays) and a kiosk open 24/7. There are also some restaurants very close to the house (Kamasias is fantastic!)

Positive: Superb location, under 20 drive to Aiya Napa or Fig Tree Bay, nice and quiet. Lidl and other shops just a few minutes away. Opposite the house there is some homestead with geese and chickens, we loved it, maybe some people won't as they can be loud at night. There was a bath tub and the shower was very good and hot. There is no conventional oven but there is a Halogen Oven and a microwave.

Negative: A few things didn't work and there was no TV at the moment but we had a projector. No aircon in the front room so was tough for the person sleeping there.

Summary: Excellent location, great price and a nice host..

Positive: I had a great time, it felt like the countryside and at the same time there were stores and cafes nearby. The location is really convenient for me as I like to use the buses and there's a bus stop close by that can take you to Larnaca, Paralimni, Protaras, and Agia Napa. There is a small pen next to the house where the poultry live, great to hear them sing in the morning! Also you will always have nice cats on your patio, Cyprus is a country of cats, there are even more cats than people :)

Negative: There were several broken switches in the apartment, also the toilet and the dim light in the bathroom did not work well. I think improving on that would make the place even more cozy! Also this place is sometimes hard to find on the map, use the Esso gas station as a reference point.

Summary: I had a great vacation, as if I went on vacation to my relatives in the countryside :)

Positive: The host was a lovely lady. We felt that the facility was worth the amount we paid.

Negative: The living area was chilly and without a heater. The bedroom bed was comfortable but our friend who was on a sofa bes in the living room said that his was not. There was a real concern that there was no mention of there being cats in the apartment, but one of our party is seriously allergic and had trouble. There were about 4 cats outside, and some fur on the living room rug.
