Positive: Beautiful and modern family apartment, fully equipped kitchen, everything clean and fragrant. A greater distance from the sea, but a completely quiet and clean area. Reserved and covered parking space for a car. Access to the pool by card. Everything functional, modern and high quality. THANK YOU :-) We had to move here quickly due to poor previous accommodation. The host was pleasant and ready to help immediately. We enjoyed our stay very much. We recommend it. ❤️

Positive: Family friendly apartment, great amenities and has everything you could want for your stay. The host was on hand to answer our questions, fast replies and met our needs and expectations. 10/10 and would recommend to friends and family. We will be staying again.

Negative: The only thing I'd suggest is that the outdoor furniture could do with an upgrade but overall this is down to preference and choice.

Positive: The apartment exceeded our expectation, It was modern, clean and contained all necessary amenities we needed for our vacation. The pool was great. Private parking was excellent. This is one of the best apartments we have stayed at, due to cleanness, layout and furnishing of apartment. The location of the apartment is outside the tourist area but only a 10 min drive to Agia Napa or Protaras beaches, They are easy to drive to with a car, and I would say that car is absolutely necessary. The area around is quiet as locals mostly live near.

Positive: We were in an apartment, it was fantastic, everything was 100% It was super clean, our host pieris was really nice , we will definitely be going back, it was centrally located for us, and the swimming pool was lovely. There wasn’t anything we could fault and we have travelled to a lot of places. I highly recommend

Positive: The apartment was very modern, tidy, spacious for a family with everything you need. The location is very quiet and has a large balcony with views out to open space. Only ten mins drive to Protaras and Ayia Napa. Easy to get around to anywhere with own parking space. The host was very friendly and accommodating with very good communication from the beginning. We were offered and provided with cleaning halfway through our stay with new towels. Overall, a very enjoyable, relaxing and comfortable stay.

Positive: Pieris was always very helpful and made our check-in and check-out process very smooth. The apartment was clean and in a very good condition (actually almost new), in a rather quiet area of Paralimni. The neighbors were quiet during our stay, no bothering noises. The closest shop (actually huge hypermarket) 3 minutes by car and beaches/restaurants of Pernera and Protaras region only 8-10 minutes by car, so quite close.
