I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice, clean, close to pool and Lake Sumter, had everything we needed. The one disapointment we had was the tv it only had Samsung tv and you tube. No reg cable shows or news channels. Couldn't watch the football game. There is only so many movies out can watch everyday. I would recommend getting cable. It's a great place but I wouldn't stay again because of this. You might want to get the golf cart a tune up also. Rides a little rough

Summary: Everything was wonderful. The only thing they need to do is get the beautiful yard weeded as the weeds are overgrowing the beautiful yard. Also we are now spoiled by the doggie door!
