Summary: The house was more than we could imagine, all the property information was spot on!Our host Gary, greeted us on our 1st day. We were able to check into the house at noon, since the people before us left a day earlier.Kitchen is well stocked, bed and recliners were comfortable like home!Owners checked with a couple of times, making sure our one month stay was satisfactory.Love the area, very quiet and clean.Easy to get around on the golf cart or by car - close to Lake Sumter and Spanish Springs.Tierra Del Sol Recreation Center was a few blocks away.Looking forward to returning soon!

Summary: House & gas golf cart were in top condition. Had plenty of supplies & amenities, including 2 Smart TVs. Property manager as well as owners were very available especially during hurricane Helene, which fortunately didn't hit us too badly. Location of house is splendid.

Summary: You never know what you're going to get when you book. This property looked exactly as pictured. The property manager met us and reviewed a few things with us which we really appreciated. The owners thought of everything and more that one might need. I was able to work remote and was very comfortable in the office. Nice massage chair too! The beds were comfy and linens were like new and cozy. Loved the decor as well! We appreciated the gas grill because we did cook at home a bit. They even had a slow cooker! Sprouts was close by and they have great meats and produce. The location was between Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter, exactly where we wanted to be. The golf cart was like new and we so enjoyed driving everywhere. Tierra del sol recreation center with adult pool, bar and restaurant nearby was our go to. Happy hour and music, who can ask for more. There was also a family pool nearby that we loved as well. Book with confidence! You will enjoy this beautiful home!

Summary: We love spending time in The Villages but it was made extra special by being able to stay in this lovely home on Zaragoza Place. The owners, Wayne and Kay contacted us routinely with information in preparation for our stay. This was very helpful. They asked us if we needed anything during our stay and then checked in again at the end. Wonderful home-away-from-home. It was clean, cozy, updated, and had everything we needed.

Summary: The Villages was quite an experience. Wayne and Kay's home was very comfortable and in a great location. The beds and linens were of very good quality. The manager Gary was also very helpful. One of the best places we have ever stayed.
