By far and away, the largest and most elegant 5 bedroom home available in Rotonda! Almost 1 1/2 times larger than the average 4 or 5 bedroom home. Two master suites with direct access to the lanai.
This beautiful and spacious (over 4000 sq. ft. under roof ) vacation villa was custom designed to lend itself to great entertaining areas and spacious enough for the large family too! With five bedrooms and one queen size pull out air mattress sofa beds, the house will easily be able to accommodate 12 people. There are enough bicycles for 6 people (1970's Schwinn Twin!) The 1st Master Suite has a bathroom that is out of this world ! An over-sized roman shower, a Jacuzzi tub and his and hers granite vanities help give our home the grandeur found only in world class resorts.
Versatility abounds in this home which is situated on an over-sized lot bordering fresh water canal with side entry garage and extra large drive. There is a see through view to the south west facing- pool (which has ample deck space) from the time you enter the double glass entry doors! The list of upgrades and updates is impressive, including tile flooring with new carpeting in bedrooms, stunning kitchen that would delight the most discriminating cook with wood cabinets (some with glass fronts), granite counters, island, cook top with pot water filler, and built in stainless oven and micro including bread warmer, all overlooking the family room and breakfast nook out to the pool/waterfront. The list continues with an over-sized garage, intercom, tinted windows and doors, tray ceilings, Jacuzzi tub in master & 2nd bath, dual zone a/c systems, outside perimeter lights, upgraded fans in all rooms, and the list continues.
It is generously equipped with every amenity from flat screen televisions in every room, several bicycles, fishing poles, to a fancy margarita maker and more... Located in a golfing community with park and tennis courts close by and within approximately 15 to 20 minutes to Englewood and Boca Grande gulf beaches, it is everything you could want and more for the perfect getaway !!

Summary: We had a wonderful time at this house. There was plenty of room and the house was equipped with everything you would need. There was one matter that needed attention and the property manager resolved it the same day. I also forgot something at the house when we left and the property manager was kind enough to mail it back to me. We plan to return next year. Joanne-Michigan

Summary: The house is much larger than it appears and has a few different seating/eating areas - plenty of room for multiple families. The bedrooms were very spacious, the beds were comfy, and the tvs worked great. The hot water in the showers lasted forever. The pool was perfect and the outdoor space had tons of seating. We saw the alligator a few times in the canal too, that was pretty neat! We contacted the property manager about a couple small things and he responded within minutes - excellent service! There were also more than plenty of towels for our family of 10, this home was very well stocked with anything you could need. We had a great time.

Summary: The home was spacious and welcoming for our annual Florida trip with our group of friends. The weather wasn’t great but we were able to use the pool a bit. We requested that the pool be heated to at least 86 degrees and they absolutely did make that happen. The kitchen was well stocked and included some spices as well. Communication with the property manager was easy. I would definitely recommend the house to other guests!
