Summary: The only issues I had during my stay was drainage problems and it looks as though the previous couple of renters didn’t put trash out for pick up. Which wasn’t appealing because that’s the first thing you see when entering the property. The inspector(housekeeping) was really friendly and thorough she pointed out issues and had already reported them. I would have given a 5 but with the trash and the minor maintenance issues. Also, for the price of the rental guest should have access to the golf cart seeing as how it is a golf cart community or maybe offer it as an add on.

Summary: Beautiful property, no problems until last day when toilets and showers couldnt be used because of busted pipe in unit. Had to be relocated. It was an inconvenience but Vacasa did the best they could to find us another place immediately. They were amazing. I'm told that this was the 3rd time that they've had a plumbing issue with this unit. Property manager couldnt be contacted, which was also an inconvenience because security and the other listed numbers didnt know what to do. But Vacasa staff was amazing.

Summary: The rental process was easy. Checking in was easier. The property has lots of space. 4 bedrooms... 1 of the bedrooms has 2 twin beds. The rest are full, king and queen. Balcony in 2 of the rooms overlooking a beautiful pond. This was perfect for our affirmation retreat with PositiviTEA.

Summary: Seems to have been updated recently but not finished. The breaker box didn’t have a front panel, leaving all the wires exposed. The frame around the windows in the breakfast area are still exposed and a few lights in the kitchen aren’t working. Three lamps had no light bulbs. The floors needed to be swept. The box spring in the master bedroom looked old and slightly dirty. The counter tops and cabinets were all clean and new. Over all a good place to stay, plenty of space, lots of games and a nice view of the golf course, just needs a little work. Few suggestion: kitchen had everything needed except a wine bottle opener and filters for the coffee maker.

Summary: My family and I enjoyed our weekend in this condo. It was spacious and clean! It’s in a great location that is close to stores and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked as far as pots, pans and glasses. I would recommend anyone to bring a couple of extra trash bags, the ones provided were small and we used the 3 provided very quickly. Overall I would highly recommend . Note the beach is about a 10 minute easy drive!
