Welcome to the Arrowhead Summit, located in the Birchwood Farms Golf and Country Club community.
Located 5 miles to Downtown Harbor Springs, 9 miles to the Highlands at Harbor Springs, 11 miles to Nubs Nob, and 15 miles to Petoskey/Bay Harbor.
Winter Amenity - Utilize our Ski locker for your equipment at The Highlands at Harbor Springs. Details will be shared upon your arrival.
Immediately upon entering our home you are greeted with a stunning stonewall fireplace within an open concept living room and kitchen. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a large island, perfect for catering to your group. The dining table can accommodate 12 guests with additional bar seating at the island.
Enjoy the morning or evenings in the sunroom, featuring an electric fireplace. Patio seating is also available on the upper deck, with Lake Michigan views. Not to mention the gas grill is available for the grill master in your family.
The main floor offers a master suite with a king bed, walk-in closet and large master bath with double vanity, heated floors and a walk-in shower . A guest room featuring a king bed, and an additional guest bathroom with a shower and tub are also available on this level.
Heading upstairs to the second level, you will find an open concept gathering room with a TV and sofa sleeper. The second level also offers additional guest rooms, featuring a twin over full bunk room, a full size bedroom and the other room featuring a king bed. A guest bathroom with a walk-in shower is also located on this level.
Join the fun on the lower level with another family room, combo paddle board table and pool table, along with a bar area and walkout access to the lower deck, featuring a fun ski chair lift swing. Additional amenities including the hot tub and treadmill are also located on the lower level, with an adjacent shower and bathroom.
Additional sleeping accommodations are available on the lower level offering a 2 twin beds with a bunk bed, a king bedroom and a queen bedroom with an additional guest bathroom.
In the Winter you are just a short drive from Boyne Mountain, Boyne Highlands or Nubs Nob.
In the summer, you can enjoy fee based amenities or choose to drive a short distance to many Northern Michigan beaches in Good Hart, Harbor Springs and Petoskey.
*2024 Summer Season: 7-night minimum (Saturday - Saturday).
**Our home is located in the Birchwood Community. 4-wheel drive is recommend in the winter season. All guests will be required to complete a rental registration form and follow very strict HOA Rental Rules and Agreements. This home is not suitable for hosting events with a maximum occupancy of 20.
Birchwood Farms Golf and Country Club amenities include 27-holes of golf, driving range, racquet sports, seasonal heated outdoor pool, fitness center, and Clubhouse dining. If you would like to use any of Birchwood amenities during your stay, you may opt-in to the Access Fee of $750 (May 1-September 30) or $250 (October 1-April 30). If you choose to use the amenities- Payment along with submission of corresponding paperwork must be completed 7 days prior to your arrival.

A maximum of six (6) Renter Access Cards are issued per rental property/rental period. Cards are active only during the days of your rental period. Cards must be shown at all amenities and services for access. With the exception of the Renter of record- the other renter cards can be shared amongst all guests with max of 6 using them at any one time.

Summary: The view was incredible. The owner's were clear on direction and instructions. The place had all the amenities we needed even though we always travel prepared. I've visited many properties and this definitely one of the best.

Summary: We enjoyed a week in Harbor Springs; a family gathering of grandparents, adult children & spouses & grandkids - 12 adults & 8 kids. Sleeping options were little tight with 3 bedrooms being small for our situation. Made it work. House is at end of a street with view of the water. It is nicely furnished, with well equipped kitchen. Particular positives were game closet & extra play items in garage. We really enjoyed the back porch. We enjoyed the area, spending time at Petoskey State Park Beach, Mackinac Island, & Sleeping Bear Dunes amongst other local adventures. Largest challenge was temperature control in the house for the whole week. Keeping the main floor at 73, led to the upper level being 80+ and the lower level at 61 degrees (extra blankets at night). Warming up the lower level would lead to uncomfortable heat in the upper levels. It was above avg. temps week & we would have wished for being able to just keep the windows & screened doors open. Another challenge is that the neighbors apparently aren't fond of renters. Day 1 complaint about kids playing pickleball in the driveway, up by house & garage - behind 5 parked cars in the long driveway. We brought a portable net and had placed it in existing court lines left from previous rental. Even though you couldn't see the neighbors house - security came to tell us that we had to stop. (Security person felt bad). Pickleball prohibition wasn't in HOA rules we were given, or were in house. PM couldn't verify

Spacious gathering spaces, a great deck with awesome views, a peaceful atmosphere, lots of seating, comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms for our group of sixteen, and ample parking for our eight cars. There were a few small malfunctioning items such as a non-functioning icemaker and tricky door locks. But it was a beautiful place to stay. I could envision us staying here again.

Beautiful location and home. We saw multiple deer in the backyard and foxes in the neighborhood. The house was equipped with plenty of toys for young children. The main level of the house got pretty warm and humid even with the AC on. There is only one small refrigerator that didn’t have a working light. We had to use multiple coolers for food for the 13 people staying. The dishwasher is rather small as well.

Summary: We rented this property so that our family could all be together under one roof for our son's wedding. The house accommodated all 20 of us very comfortably and family members raved about the house and the amazing Lake Michigan views. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms for all of us to get ready and we loved all havung morning coffee in the sunroom. If you need a big house for a family event this house is perfect. Its secluded, functional and beautiful. The property management company had excellent communication with us from the time we booked the house through departure. A true gem of a house.
