Positive: The beds were comfortable, lots of light in the apartment, great water pressure, good curtains to keep out the light. Easy to get the key, good parking spot.
Negative: It wasn't well equipped. No corkscrew, no laundry or dishwasher detergent, 3 wine glasses (beds for 7 people), no water filtration or ice cube trays. It's pretty far from everything if you want to walk. If you want to drive, Eilat is tiny so it's only 5 to 10 minutes from anywhere.

Positive: The apartment is spacious, new and clean. The host was very kind and generous.
Negative: Here and there some equipment was missing, but Eli the host took care immediately of everything we needed.
Summary: Ideal for families, nice pool area. A very good choice.

Positive: The apartment is very spacy, clean and well equipped (kitchen has oven, microwave, dishwasher; washing machine). Beds were comfy, showers were great with hot water. The pool is really nice and the place is generally quiet. Walking distance to the beach and shopping mall. We'll be happy to stay again.
Negative: A few tiny comments: - Living room sofa can enjoy some cleaning. - One curtain was missing in the living room so when it's dark people from outside can easily look into the apartment (1st floor). - More hangers are needed in the showers for towels.

Positive: The apt was very well kept with large rooms and it was very clean. The showers have good pressure which was very nice! The apt has all the necessary appliances in the kitchen and everything looks new and is great condition. The kids bathroom is very large and also has a washing machine (we didn't use but great to know for a longer stay). The pool in the building was very pleasant and the fact that the water wasn't cold was great! The location is good too. It's not on the boardwalk but it's within a 3 min walk from multiple places to eat as well as a pharmacy, minimarket and other stores. It's about a 10-15 min walk (depending on your pace) to one of the malls and even less to the marina. The main area of the boardwalk is about a 15-20 min walk and it's downhill. There is also a new amusement park that is being built right near by (5 min walk) which will make the location even more attractive in the future. The underground parking was a huge plus!!!
Negative: It is really hard to come up with things we didn't like about the apt so please realize what I'm writing is nitpicking and more an issue of preference rather than negatives. I'll also say that we would go back without a second thought! The minor issues where as follows: 1. We like it cold and although the a/c was great in the living area it wasn't as good in the bedrooms. 2. The building has a bit of a pigeon problem. This didn't actually bother us other than not being able to open the window in the bathroom which honestly didn't really matter. 3. The mattresses are comfortable but they are on the firmer side. 4. The pillows were also on the bigger side, so you may want to bring your own (I have back problems so when possible I try to bring my own pillows anyway so this wasn't actually an issue for me).
Summary: We had a fabulous time and plan to stay here again on out next trip to Eilat!

Positive: Great apartments. Clean, comfortable, spacious. The room has everything for a comfortable stay, including, for example, a terrace with a table and a sofa and a coffee machine. Own underground parking. To the sea, shops and restaurants a couple of minutes on foot. Extremely correct, precise and friendly host Tal. Ideal value for money. We enjoyed it immensely and highly recommend this apartment.

Positive: Big and spacious appartment, just like in the pics. Very clean and tidy, close to city center and amenities. Tal was an amazing host, available for any question; there is also a swimming pool in the compound. Highly recommend.
