Summary: Very nice and spacious apartments. We had the apartment C004 which is directly above the garage entrance. Downsides were: - heating which was always heating up to 28°C!!! and we were not able to adjust it. Only thing we could do is opening the windows. - Very loud due to the garage entrance. Even deep at night people are coming and leaving... - Very bright lamps outside in front of the bedroom which are shining directly into the room which even the curtains can not darken. - Kitchen quite dirty. Cuttlery and dishes horrible. Besides that very nice sea and pool view. Large terrace with cosy garden furniture. Outside of high season very quite area. Good pizza restaurant directly at the complex.

Summary: This place is really nice - we had a great four nights here, and were very lucky with the weather as it rained lots just before we arrived (it is "mountain weather" so you get what you get). We arrived "out of hours" but this had been prearranged so there is a safe with pin codes which was easy enough to use and we got our key and instructions very quickly. Parking is in an underground garage which you get into nearby reception using the key provided. Note that the door closes by itself once you drive through. The parking is a little tight but it works just fine. There are then elevators up to your apartment or steps if you prefer. We were in E001 and this was on the ground floor and very clean. It is a bit sparse but had everything we needed, including air conditioner units in every room that worked very well, though the blue lights were very bright at night! The apartment had a double room and a twin room both with cupboards, a bathroom with a good shower, and kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. There were plenty of towels, washing up liquid and sponge, bin liner, 2 toilet rolls and one dishwasher tab. There is also a nice veranda with table, good wifi and a TV. The pool was great if not a little cold and the Jacuzzi was nice to warm up in. They have lots of inflatables for the kids to use if they ask! We had breakfast (including eggs) in the adjoining restaurant which was nice but missing the promised cake!

Summary: 3 bedroom apartment was large and well appointed. This should be considered an apartment rental and not hotel which is fine. (E.g. Bring own shampoo and soap) Nice pool and hot tub overlooking lake. I would stay here again.

Summary: We had a nice and large apartment (for 2 people) with good equipment (full kitchen, washing machine). The pool area provides enough sunchairs with umbrellas and a pool which is clean and about 20 m long

Summary: Stayed there for two nights - our room was very clean, well-equipped, had a nice view of the pool and the lake. It was entirely serviceable but lacked any 'character' typical of most of the other places we stayed in Italy. Underground parking is included. The staff lady "Lisa" was very helpful. Some rates include breakfast, others don't, so be careful to get what you want when you reserve. Keep in mind this is a condo-type building so each room will be different. Also there are A LOT of rules to follow for everything for the pool to taking out the trash. There is no daily housekeeping. And, the office is not staffed around the clock, so if you need to check in or out outside of normal office hours, make arrangements in advance.

Summary: The apartment was nice, but maybe a bit small to be an executive. The standard of the apartment was good and the area quiet. The balcony was nice and we had a nice view to the pool and the lake. There was private parking in the garage underneath the apartment and a lift which was practical for all means. The aircondition was perfect, but the wifi was unstable. The beds could have had a better top-madrass and there could have been a better lounge-sofa, but all in all it was a good place to live. The pool area was amazing and we loved to eat at the local restaurant Gabella.
