Positive: Almost everything! Great kitchen, really well equipped. Everything needed for a short stay was provided. Living areas spacious and comfortable. Excellent yard for our dog. Easy check in and out. Top location.
Negative: Lack of air conditioning. Only one bathroom. (Need at least another loo) The shower (dangerous step in and poor water pressure). Being of an age, we found the steps without a hand rail quite a challenge.

Negative: It needs upgrading ie bedroom carpets, better and more comfortable lounges, one bathroom not adequate for three bedrooms. Airconditioning would have been good

Positive: Nice spacious kitchen, lounge and dining area. Kitchen had a few essentials which was great we didn't have to purchase. Easy access with the key lock box. Great communication from hosts in the days prior to arrival. Overall a lovely stay.
Negative: Needs more heating options, only one small oil heater for the whole house. There were some small fan heaters but they were not working. Some extra blankets would have been good too. The mattresses in the room with two singles could use an upgrade - best suited for kids and not adults.

Positive: The location was great to have a short work to the beach. The pool was clean and very inviting we went in the pool each day, the whether was good at this time of the year as well (March)
Negative: I think while the ceiling fans where on all the time while we were there I think the home could do with A/C
