Summary: The house couldn’t have a better location. Beautiful views of Goose Rocks Beach. Beds were comfortable and accommodated our variety of guests. But the house itself really really needed a deep clean. Granted that we were there at the tail end of the season (September) after many renters, but the moldy tile grout in the bathrooms was more than a season’s worth of neglect. Smoke detectors were missing on the first floor, and the WiFi needs a major boost. However, all in all, I would rent this house again for a short stay. The location itself makes up for many, many of the flaws.

Summary: What an amazing house. This location is simply amazing. If your looking for a place to have some fun, relax and unwind this is it. I was amazed at how warm the water was the the beach is perfect with soft sand and no rocks. Eleanor could not have been more helpful and got back to us quickly with any questions. Would book this property again in a heart beat!
