Summary: I would not recommend this stay despite excellent location close to chain town and many good eateries and the building being beautiful and the apartment was moderen with full use of appliances. The staff was extremely helpful easy contact through out however my reason for a low rating is roaches though out the apartment every night of the stay, as well for lack of heating minus two plug in heaters one which barely worked in sub 15-10 degree nights.

Summary: Once inside the property was amazing. I could not fault it. However, it took me and my daughter a while to get in the front door. This had no reception and we were a little stuck outside until I called for assistance over the phone. The entrance was a door into the cafe not the actual front entrance, the instructions sent via email was convoluted. I had to take my phone case off for the digital key to work. I suggest maybe a review on how your guests enter the property.

Summary: The apartment was well maintained, comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all the pots, pans and utensils you could need. Communication was good, prompt friendly service. Location was great.

Summary: Windows couldn't be opened in the bed rooms for fresh air, no air conditioning in bed rooms, ended up sleeping in the lounge room as it was the only room with an aircon.

Summary: Lovely staff , sewerage smells in room for entire 3 day stay. No lift to basement level of the apartment-, and no on site staff to help, difficult for older people with luggage.
