Positive: Self check in was great and easy to follow. The property looked brand new which was good although the doors and windows were difficult to open and shut at times. Host provided basic facilities such as washing up liquid, tea towel, tea and coffee etc. which was appreciated.
Negative: The car park is a 5 mins walk away and also free. Guests need to be aware of this when thinking about luggage. There are no lifts to the apartment. I had a large suitcase with me which proved challenging to get up to the apartment. The apartment is in the centre so do expect some noise during the night as people return home from the bars but that's what you expect for a town centre location.

Positive: The location was brilliant, only 10 mins from the Train Station and central to the shops. Although in the town it was relatively quiet. The location was also excellent because I could chill out with my son who is studying at the University and he was only a 15min walk away. The apartment was well maintained and very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and I appreciated the fact it had a bath which I prefer. The keys and codes were given on time and well organised I couldn't fault anything and immensely enjoyed my stay at the apartment
Negative: I would have liked a carpet sweeper to be provided as I do not like leaving a mess behind but then that is probably just me being fussy.

Positive: I loved the inside of the property! It was very clean and relaxing. Stairs stairs and more stairs loved it, wear good sneakers.
Negative: The hot water went out 4 times while we were there. No showers for 3 nights of the 6 we were there. Guys came and fixed it but it went out again.
