Summary: WE RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY HIGHLY. Beautiful house, very clean, property was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The kitchen was awesome we saved so much by cooking our own meals. The back deck was so comfortable and it was so nice to use the grill to BBQ while viewing the eclipse. It was so relaxing after a long day of sight seeing to watch tv in the living room. The beds were so comfortable. The washer and dryer were large and it was so great to have them. The only down side was there were no hand rails on any of the stairs. We understood this was not a handicap accessible property but I would think no handrails would be a concern for any age. Another small inconvenience in my room was there was no night stand where I could place my glasses and other things I needed to use after getting in bed and before getting out of bed..

Summary: This house is absolutely amazing! Extremely spacious inside and out, perfect for any size family or group of families. It was super clean and all the included amenities were extremely helpful. I needed to change our dates we stayed, and the owners were more than willing and responded quickly! Would recommend this property to anyone!

Summary: Thank you for providing your lovely home for our family's Christmas week! We enjoyed the spacious home with accommodations for our whole family...plenty of room for the family to play, eat, do art and craft projects, watch movies together, etc, which created special memories for each one. There were plenty of sleeping accommodations for our family, and we loved preparing delicious food favorites using that spacious modern kitchen. Thank you very much for the wonderful Christmas week at your beautiful home!!

Summary: My girlfriends and I stayed here for a girls weekend away. The space was far better than the pictures showed! Everything was very neat and clean. The house was VERY spacious with plenty of room for all of us! I would definitely recommend for large groups. The property was beautiful and we loved Urbanas quaint downtown area.

Summary: Usually pictures on these sites make properties look better than they really are, but the pictures didn't do this place justice. The place is really huge inside. We counted 6 bedrooms rather than 5, with various roomy sitting areas and a huge living room. And everything was top-notch, looked brand new. They obviously did a lot of work on this property. We loved it. My only two caveats would be: (1) the owners were not great with communication and (2) the outside of the property is not very well kept. The inside, however, was fantastic. Five stars.

Summary: This home worked wonderful for our chapter officer leadership retreat. It was even better than the picturers. We enjoyed the fire pit and outdoor deck. There was plenty of room for our group. One drawback was that we could never get logged onto the WiFi and we really could have used that for our work. We were able to work with some hotspots on phones and we were not successful in much communication with the host. But the house is wonderful and the setting is so peaceful.

Summary: Beatifull rual setting, very spacious and clean house with a decent size family 10 of us at this property it was more than big enough, this felt like a luxury tranquil stay. The whole family was singing the praises of there experience with this house we definitely would come back.
