Summary: Property was great. House was clean and the perfect size. Nice beach close by. Very affected by costal flooding. Water comes in late morning and envelopes the whole house. It recedes after a few hours but the water can get deep.

Summary: My husband, dog Ziggy, and I needed to get off the boat to help make living a bit less cumbersome while needed work was done. The property was clean, a close walk to the beach, and had easy access to restaurants when we didn't feel like cooking. If the weather had been nicer we certainly would have taken advantage of the botanical gardens and First Landing park too.
