Tastefully and comfortably decorated and furnished, the home is a wonderful place to return home to after a day at beach, waterpark or nearby state parks. Accommodating 12, 3 of the 5 bedrooms have an en-suite bath and 3 of the bedrooms have access to wonderful outdoor decks. There is plenty of space to spread out . . . with 2 living areas, multiple decks and a large rear patio with an outdoor grilling and dining area. When not enjoying the incredible restaurants that abound in Rehoboth Beach, the chefs in your group will love the gourmet kitchen, perfect for whipping up a delicious home-cooked meal. The home even offers an additional convection oven, a beverage cooler and two additional small fridges in the dining room and on the patio. You can't beat the location or bike to the beach, boardwalk, bike trail, restaurants and unique shops in Rehoboth. Have a rainy day? Stream your favorite shows on one of the 3 smart TVs in the home. (Living Room TV has cable as well.) Bonus: Plenty of parking with room for 2 cars in the driveway and 2 parking permits. Book today while there are still plenty of available weeks! No Pets, however, owner has had a dog in the property. No Smoking.
Guests pay a $210 cleaning fee for every stay. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.

Summary: Overall I would rate it 4.5. We had a few issues (dirty couch, we covered it with a blanket to not sit directly on it). Starter on grill broken so used a lighter to start it. Listing says 4 bedrooms with deck access. It’s actually only 3. None for master, however, that was probably best because those 3 bedrooms were warmer than the other 2. I think the deck doors are not very tight to keep the heat outside and cool air inside in them. Also a very dirty windowsill in the twin bed room, which was also the warmest. Don’t think cleaners actually cleaned it. Mattress pad on king bed was dirty from previous people, but we had the linen service, so we had no idea that it was until we were ready to leave and stripped the beds. No time to launder them for next people, like they asked because we were minutes away from checking out. Overall though, we loved the house and the location, while not close to beach like we usually are, gave us more of a chance to explore the “upper” area of Rehoboth Ave. and it is still very walkable to the downtown boardwalk area.

Summary: Where do I start? This is the PERFECT beach house! The house is beautifully decorated, spacious and stocked with everything you need for a beach get away! Kitchen has everything you need to cook meals and the house is within very close walking distance to restaurants if you’d rather eat out. The rooms are spacious and comfortable! Plenty of seating areas and bathrooms for everyone. The backyard is perfect for some outdoor privacy and the front porch is comfortable for morning coffee, afternoon tea or cocktails in the evening. Summary: Wow! This house was everything it advertised and more! Beautifully kept, clean, spacious and a short walk to shops and restaurants (just a few minutes!) This house is perfect for those looking to vacation with multiple families, a group of adults and folks that just want to spread out. I stayed there with a group of friends for a birthday trip and we all agreed that we hit the jackpot finding this rental! A huge plus is that it’s so easy to get around without having to drive. Summary: This is a gorgeous property! We stayed at this property off season and it had me dreaming of being here in the summer. I love to run and it’s a stones throw to the state park and all of the amazing trails and cute little playground. It’s a short walk to the beach and an even shorter walk to shops and restaurants. I made it to DogFish Brewery in about 3 minutes. The house itself is spacious and perfect for a larger group. We had 9 people and felt we had room to spare. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious with two gorgeous masters. The high vaulted ceilings and decor make it feel so “beachy” and relaxing. We will definitely be coming back! Summary: Overall, we really enjoyed the stay. You cannot beat the location which is a quick few area to the beach and a ton of incredible restaurants. We barely needed to use our car the entire visit. Clean and well kept. Ideal for me, my husband and our 12-year old.
