Summary: This house is really nice and very comfortable. We had 7 guys and plenty of room to hangout and comfortable beds. When we arrived we didn't have hot water and Richard was great and quick to deal with the issue. Richard and his house is first class. If your looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay look no further This is it. Thank you Richard
