Summary: While the stay overall was good. It was evident that the staff has issues with ownership. The staff is ready to give up and it was evident in the cleanliness and complaints from the staff when issues were brought up.

Summary: Beds were very lumpy air in the room was very dry. We tried to use the hot tub pool area and it was full of kids and parents that didn’t make them behave. I tried three times to get breakfast and everything was always empty. Breakfast and the pool was why we paid more to stay but we didn’t weren’t able to take advantage of either. I wasted my money.
