Lovely and spacious apartment (890 sqft) with a gorgeous balcony overlooking a breathtaking view of the Brunelleschi Dome, the historical city center and the sloping hills surround the Arno Valley.
Apartment is located on 6th floor of a building with elevator (lift).
Perfectly located next to the Arno River, inside the ancient wall of the old Town, walking distance to all main sites of Florence (Santa Maria Novella, Ognissanti Church and Cenacolo, Duomo, Uffizzi, Ponte Vecchio, Piazza Signoria and more ).
1 bedroom ( 1 bed 180x200cm, 72x79in), convertible in 2 Twin/single bed (90x200cm 35,5x79in,)
Large living room with sofa bed for 2 people (140x160 cm) + 2 single sofabed (80x200cm) and dining room, We can provide a cot and high chair for you baby upon request.
Equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and shower. TV sat, dishwasher, washing machine, heating, air conditioning, internet HIGH-SPEED WI-FI in all room, work desk and chair for smart working with wonderful city view.
Pet is welcome too under previous request.
If you arrive by car, I suggest you to book a garage in advance because we are in a restricted traffic area. Otherwise you won't have access to Via Maso Finiguerra. I can book a garage for you, or you can made yourself, the closest garage are Excelsior in Palazzuolo street and Europa in Borgo Ognissanti.
The apartment has a beautiful balcony with table and chairs that overlooks the landscape of Florence.
We can suggest you guided tours in English, French, Spanish and Turkish. Ask in advance, I'll give you a direct contact.
The Train Station is only 4 minutes walk, the Duomo is 8 minutes walk.
check in is at after 2:00 pm
check out is at 10:00 am
if your needs were different, we will try to accommodate you, consistent with the current availability.
In case of availability extra fees are:
Check in between 7:30 Pm and 9:00 PM extra €20, between 9:00 PM and Midnight €30. Check in after Midnight € 50 (not always possible please ask for availability)
You are kindly requested to leave the apartment as clean as possible, wash the dishes and throw away the garbage. Please, take care of it as if it's own own place. Pay attention to energy and water saving not leaving lights and air conditioning on when you are out. In Italy are very expensive.

Summary: We stayed in this charming apartment for five days. The apartment was very good for the two of us who could sleep separatet and comfortably. The host was very accomodating and helpful. The location was perfect and so was the view from the balcony. If we return to Florence we will book this again!

Summary: Paola and her husband warmly greeted us personally at the apartment giving is a tour and then spent time giving us plenty of useful information on restaurants and places to visit while we were there. The apartment was spacious, had a wonderful balcony view and was equipped with everything we needed during our 9 day stay. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend the Maso Apartment to future clients!!

Summary: This delightful apartment is the perfect place to enjoy Florence’s most important iconic masterpieces. The check in process was easy as our host was there to greet us. The apartment was even more beautiful than the listing. The views were amazing and the amenities were more than ample for our needs as just two adults but we could see there being ample accommodation for more than two adults. We would recommend this apartment highly. Our host was so kind to walk us to the train station upon our departure. Very kind people! So much appreciated by travelers.

Summary: We had a great time visiting Florence and the apartment with spectacular views from living room and huge balcony made the experience even better. The apartment is spacious, has all the amenities needed to comfortably rest after day of exploring the city. You can cook your own meals right in the apartment or visit one of many surrounding restaurants. The location is great, train station is literally 6 minutes away (walking) and all the main tourist attractions are also within short walking distance. Our host, Paola was great. She met with us when we arrived, showed us around and gave us some recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Thanks again Paola for letting us stay in your beautiful apartment and enjoy spectacular views of the city.

Summary: So glad I booked this apartment. I looked at all the previous reviews and thought can it be that good. Well the answer quite simply is YES!! Better than the images and much bigger. The hosts had thought of everything. We could not find one thing to be negative about. The aircon was essential as so so hot in Florence when we stayed. The balcony was our haven for breakfast and evenings. Superb views and being 6 floors up fairly quiet. They even left a couple of surprises for us. 5 minute walk from station and very easy to find. Instructions were perfect. Great restaurant downstairs, Maso. So close to everything and only 2 minute walk from the river. Dont hesitate just book. Thank you Alfredo and Paola.

Summary: I cannot speak highly enough about all of the special little touches that Paola made sure to include in her apartment. From the bright and beautiful decor, to the espresso machine, olive oil from their family grove, bottle of wine, and every necessity to accommodate a family away from home-she has thought of it all. The view...what a dream. We spent hours on the balcony, just soaking in the view and sounds of Florence. We loved the proximity to the train station and that it was not in the most crowded part of the city center.
