Summary: This was perfect for my stay. It was just me but I could see a small family staying as well. There is a queen bed, roll away cot, an air mattress for sleeping. The full kitchen was great, and with the grocery story across the street I never needed to eat out. Check in and check out where easy and communication went well.

Summary: Location, Location, Location! Quick walk to convention center. Safeway across the street and lots of restaurant choices. Charming Neighborhood. This property could be called "Gorgeous" if the host would spend a few hundred dollars on the interior and do some cleanup at the entry. The entry is dirty and trash was left out of the bins a couple of the days I was there. The porch light is very dirty and dim. The bed linens are tired and shabby (not in a chic way). The mattress is squeaky and pretty uncomfortable. The kitchen needs a new set of flatware. I only found 3 spoons. A new cover for the sofa would make a huge improvement. I was there solo, so I didn't need additional bed space, but there is one bed, a sofa, a roll out in the closet and I think an air mattress. This place with a few updates/upgrades could be as listed. Even without spending $ on the linens etc., cleaning the entry should be done immediately. It's simple and cheap.

Summary: The location is fantastic. The home had issues, however. It's a basement unit. At our arrival the refrigerator did not work; it was plugged in and lit up but would not chill. It smelled terrible and the owner was aware because a small refrigerator was provided on the counter beside it. Furthermore, we soon discovered the washer/dryer combo did not work. (It was unplugged so the owner knew this as well.) The owner made no mention of these problems in advance. After I inquired I was told they'd be replaced two days into our stay, so we went without these appliances with no notice beforehand. The queen bed was broken away from the headboard. There is no pull-out couch. There is a couch. There is a loveseat that has one side broken and it does not recline. We had three adults; two shared the bed and one slept on an air mattress on the floor. Future guests will likely not have the same problems, but our experience was perhaps the least positive I've had on VRBO to date.

Summary: The apartment was exactly as advertised. It was very convenient for restaurants and getting to attractions quickly. We all slept well. When i had questions, i messaged the host and received a response very quickly!

Summary: I was attending a conference that was held in the Convention Center, and this location was perfect. I was near a grocery store, restaurants, and a brief 5-min walk (tops) to the Convention Center for those 8 a.m. meetings. I would definitely stay here again for next year's conference.

Summary: An awesome place if you're going to the convention center. The Safeway is right across the street and there's no shortage of restaurants nearby. It was spacious and comfy. Parking is free if you can find it. I'd suggest going early and parking way before check-in so you'll have a spot when you come back.
