Positive: Location was great for our particular visit. Nice part of town, some restaurants. Walkable. Good looking facility
Negative: We did not have air conditioning. We called for service the tech told us we hadnโ€™t set the controls properly? Said he adjusted it, NO AC. I reported to the front desk upon check out. Surely the guests before us told them there was no AC. Honestly they just didnโ€™t seem to care very much.

Positive: Property was very clean and staff (especially the doormen) were very friendly and helpful.
Negative: Coffee/coffee machine was not available in the room - we had to go down to the lobby to get a coffee in the morning.

Positive: We loved most everything about this place. Easy catch for the Metro. The front desk and staff were very nice.
Negative: Parking cost of $44 buck a night is a bit ridiculous! If Iโ€™m paying $200 plus a night, parking should be included. We were mislead on the distance to the Tidal Basin. It was advertised at 0.5 miles, so we thought we could walk it when in all reality it wasnโ€™t. We had to catch the bus to get there. In two days we walked almost 20 miles!
