A charming recently refurbished home oozing character right in the heart of West Perth and moments from the centre of Perth. The house is perfectly suited to anyone visiting Perth who wants peaceful neighbourhood yet immediate proximity to the city and inner city suburbs.
The house has four bedrooms, featuring one king sized bed, one queen sized bed, a double bed and two single beds offering lots of flexibility to both smaller groups at the base price and much larger groups at a slightly higher per person rate.
The house is a 1 minute walk to Perth's beautiful Kings Park which is one of the largest inner city parks in the world and is visited by over 6 million people each year. It showcases an outstanding collection of Western Australian flora and is a popular place for picnics, walks and cultural and ceremonial events. Kings Park's stunning location also overlooks the Perth City and the silken blue waters of the Swan River. From high above, you can see the brilliantly coloured sails of boats on the river, the twinkling lights of the city, the distant Perth Hills and the endless blue skies for which Perth is so renowned.

Summary: Opposite Kings Park which was a bonus. On Green & Purple Cat free bus routes. Old Federation style house. Beds very comfortable Basic facilities and very narrow staircase to upstairs bedrooms.

Summary: Our stay at the cottage was so appealing so clean furnished to suit the era and peaceful .Quite a few cuppas were enjoyed on the front verandah and in the beaut back yard.books to page through revived some pleasant memories of Perth and to meet P eter was very special with more memories..We thank you and love the cottage and it,s atmosphere, very special indeed. Summary: this was a perfect stay, I had my doggy with me which was also very accommodating and convenient. The location is perfect for strolls and eating out, with city views down the road at kings park and as well as all the above the hosts are amazing to talk to and get back to you in a short time. Really enjoyed my time here and the hosts made it extra comfortable

Summary: Great stay with our dogs although we were worried about the backyard when we got there as it is surrounded by car parks, has no covered area for shade and the fence is quite low. Would be good to have photos of backyard online so pet owners know what to expect. House was a little dusty but otherwise very well appointed, cute and characterful and the hosts left nice touches (milk, chocolate, flowers). Bed was very comfy and the weekend days were peaceful and quiet, only 1 min walk to kings park. Hosts were great to deal with.

Summary: I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this beautiful and comfortable character home, with its sunshine-flooded back yard, roses out the front, a practical kitchen, and good internet. King’s Park is very close, so it’s very peaceful, with lots of birds and trees in the area. The owners were really helpful, and quick to respond to any queries.

Summary: I love how this lovely old house has survived the office development of the area. Such a great location for family to enjoy Perth . We loved the walk to kings park across the road for a coffee with the dog. With the Cat busses to our door, exploring Perth was cheap and easy - Country teen able to safely make their own way in and around Perth and back. Host very friendly and accommodating. Thank you
