Summary: I had a great stay at the studio. When I entered the studio soft music and atmospheric light welcomed me, a warm welcome! The studio is practical and comfortable. The studio is located in a quiet part of the Subiaco district. The city center of Perth can be reached in just 15 minutes by public transport. Although we didn't meet in person, communication with the host was excellent. I appreciated that the studio offered a peaceful retreat after a busy day in the city. In my opinion, the studio is highly recommended if you're traveling to Perth.

Summary: The studio is perfectly located in Subiaco in a wonderful suburb of Perth with nice restaurants and everything you need, especially for breakfast. You can also spend a nice evening on the terrace of the studio. The studio is well equiped, absolutely clean and we found also some drinks in the fridge upon our arrival. Peter and Roland were great hosts!

Summary: I was most impressed with this Subiaco property. The host was a pleasure to deal with. The accommodation was very comfortable and allowed an easy stroll to a french Patisserie and cafe's. It was so easy to stay in the lovely garden studio apartment. This will be my go-to when next looking for accommodation in Subiaco!
