Welcome to our lovely, brand-new four bedroom beach house with a heated pool that was just completed and is ready to go. Walking distance to restaurants and to the beach.

The front screened in porch pays homage to classic Rehoboth Beach style cottages.
Step into a sunlit living area adorned with coastal decor, providing a seamless transition to a fully equipped kitchen where culinary delights await. The four tastefully appointed bedrooms with ensuite baths offer both comfort and privacy, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
The all glass sunroom is perfect for sunrise coffee or evening cocktails as the kids frolic in the oversized pool (almost double the size of most Rehoboth Beach pools). There is also a gas fireplace and ac/heat.
The entire main level has 11 foot ceilings, beautiful custom artwork, beamed ceilings and custom oversized windows.
Venture into the backyard oasis, where a sparkling 26 foot heated saltwater pool invites you to unwind.

Summary: The home was well appointed and had lots of great amenities. It's in a great location; very quiet and walkable neighborhood. The pool is great and my family had a wonderful time. I'd highly recommend this home to people looking for a place for a relaxing vacay in Rehoboth beach.

Summary: Wow! I took a chance with this beautiful beach home given that its a new listing - I'm beyond glad I did! Its decorated to perfection, great location, large pool, COMFORTABLE beds and lots of common area room (3 TV watching areas). The kids loved the theater room! The lovely back glass enclosed room with gas fireplace was perfect for early morning coffee. The primary bedroom felt like I was in a luxury, five star resort suite. I will certainly be back next year. Thank you, Molly for sharing your spectacular home!
