Lovely and comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bath home with third bedroom located in the office. Lots of mature landscaping. Great backyard for relaxing and BBQ. Hot tub right outside the Master Bedroom for that romantic star gazing moment. Located near many great attractions such as, Whiskey Row 7 miles away, Grand Canyon 2 hrs. away. Many great hiking spots and vineyards in the area. This home has beautiful landscaping front and back yards, if you are looking to rent days that are blocked, please message owner with request as this home is owner occupied when not rented. I have a tiny home located on the side of the house that has a completely separate entrance and separate from the main house. Please do not park in front of the gate located near the garage. This home has no garage access, Plenty of parking

Summary: A beautiful rental that we could tell has been given a lot of love and care. From the large front porch with a large tree and bushes that help with privacy to the backyard rose bushes, lavender and grapevines, it was the complete package for relaxing.

Summary: It was my wife’s 65th birthday and wanted to beat the heat in Phoenix and head to the Prescott area. House was nice and as advertised. We had our Frenchie pups and this house’s back yard was perfect for them. It was well appointed and well maintained for its age (90’s). It’s a10 mile drive to Prescott but there is a back road which avoids the main hi-way. We’ll definitely stay there again.
