2) House is 60 feet from the East Lake Sammamish Trail that navigates the lakefront. Great for walking, biking. Local Pizza Pub & convenience store is a 5 min. walk. Or 25 min walk to Issaquah.
3) Access to Lake Sammamish via several spots: State Sammamish boat launch is 1 mile south. Lake Sammamish State Park is 2 miles south. Sammamish Landings Waterfront Park/day dock is about 5 mins. drive north.
4) Pine Lake Park is another popular swimming area, 2 miles east of the house.

Summary: We love the boathouse! Lots of sun and beautiful view upstairs. The house itself is well outfitted, cute decor and comfy beds. Really convenient for walking our dog as the trail runs right by the house. And Lisa was super communicative and helpful.

The space was clean, new, and well-maintained, with a perfect blend of modern rustic lake cabin vibes. It had ample room for two, but could easily accommodate a few more. Summary: The kitchen was well stocked with all the things that we needed during our stay. The large deck was a game changer for us as we enjoyed socializing and just enjoying the view. Lisa was very responsive to our needs and was quick to reply to our inquiries. We liked having the bike/walking path literally right outside our door. And restaurants and shopping were just a short drive away. We fully enjoyed our stay.
