Summary: The unit was great and very well stocked. The hair dryer needs to be replaced - only had cold air. The linens are probably due for an update bit very clean and convenient. Loved the car wash station in the garage! Well worth it.

Summary: Surrounded by mountains, you can’t ask for a more picturesque town. We appreciated the support from the host (keypad entry) and the lovely accommodation at Falcon Crest Lodge. The hot tub was wonderful for relaxing after a day of hiking. The underground heated parking was a great feature. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Summary: We booked this place after seeing the reviews and thought hey, let’s give it a try. It is a super cute place, but there are a couple of things the owners should really look into. First we noticed the state of the mattress, it did not look too comfortable and we quickly found out that it wasn’t. Now, keep in mind we are in our fifties so we do need some extra support, but the bed really needs to be replaced. Our backs hurt both nights….which was disappointing. The tv in the bedroom really needs to be replaced. It kept resetting after a few seconds which made it difficult to watch anything. We did contact the owner who responded right away and they did their best to help. But it kept happening. So the second night we just watched our show in the living room. The last issue was the toilet. I should have known there was going to be an issues once I saw a plunger right by it. Well it didn’t overflow but it came super close to it. We later saw other reviews noting the toilet issue too, so this should be fixed for the next renters. I wish we could have given this a better review because the owners we very attentive but I think people should know before coming.

Summary: Checking in was a breeze, the apartment was beautiful, the view was AMAZING. It was the perfect mountain retreat! Kitchen was huge, had a dishwasher. The bed was so comfortable! We loved it and will be coming back!

Summary: We found the door lock difficult. We’ve stayed in numerous condos in Canmore over the years and never encountered this problem. The hallway was so dark that we had to use our phone to see the key pad. The host was very fast to respond to this situation.

Summary: We loved this place. Had everything we needed. We could park our car and walk everywhere. Or even better when tired of walking we could take the FREE transit and get on and off the bus right out front of our accommodation!
