Summary: My husband and I rented this cabin for 6 days to house our two adult children and teenage daughter for my birthday. We had the best time! The views are spectacular and the sunrise is absolutely breathtaking- totally unobstructed!! A 4WD vehicle is needed to access this property due to the steep inclines but definitely doable. Downtown West Jefferson has great shopping and restaurants. We would definitely book again!

Summary: Although it was only an extended weekend, I wish it would have been longer. The place was absolutely gorgeous and the views were amazing. We loved getting up in the morning and at the end of the day just sitting on the back deck looking at the ever changing views. I plan on coming back in the fall to see what the views look like without all the leaves! The host is very responsive and on top of everything. Yo can't go wrong with this place.

Summary: Our family rented this cabin for a post-holiday getaway and it was fantastic! We were 6 adults, one kid and a dog. There was plenty of room for everyone and the cabin was equipped with everything we could need. It does feel a little remote and a 4WD/AWD vehicle is probably a must for getting in and out easily, but once we were used it, West Jefferson was only about 15 minutes away and the views from the decks (and the sunrises!!) we’re incredible! Great cabin & a great host! Hope we can return soon!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this new listing so much! Be sure that you have a 4WD vehicle and follow the hosts written directions to get in and out of the property. Once you get used to the drive, the house is absolutely perfect. A huge open concept kitchen and living room is great for families. Everything is updated and clean. There are tons of cool spaces to enjoy from the basement to the upstairs. It’s very safe for pets and children as well. It is secluded and quiet to take in the beautiful views of the mountains and stars around you from several spots outside. We loved it and will definitely be returning!

Summary: What a sunset view! Property is quiet and remote, which also means it’s a tad difficult to find (the first time). But that’s what makes it a perfect hideaway! Is also close enough to civilization for groceries. 4-wheel drive is a must for driving up to the front door, but the walk down to the house is gravel and not very far. House is very beautiful and beds are comfortable. Highly recommend for those wanting get away from it all.
