The house is actually 5 minutes by walking to everything and anything you might need in town. If your looking to rent for a week (June through August—weekly minimum ) or a couple of days (September through May— a 2-day minimum) some weekends on holidays are 3 day minimum such as (Memorial Day, labor Day and Columbus day) this is the ideal getaway home for you. Unlike many other older rental homes or cottages in the area—this home is less then 2 years old and everything is state of the art. So whether, it’s Summer, Fall, Winter or Spring this brand new home is perfect for your relaxing vacation. The home has 7 larger bedrooms (2 Masters one on main floor and one upper level); The first floor master is strategically located off the back entrance. This assures a more quiet zone for young babies to sleep and to perform work duties at home. It has a work station so working remotely from home is easy and convenient. Only one bedroom has bunk beds and it’s oversized the other 6 are Kings, Queens or Fulls. 5 full large baths all with walk-in showers and one is equipped with a soaking tub. 2 car attached garage that our renters can access during their stay.

The lower outside deck is comfortably shaded and has a fire table along with rocking chairs. Two additional tiers for sunbathing, cornhole toss and other games and 3-hole putting green that both kids and adults spend endless amount of time playing tournaments.
The kitchen has the finest stainless steel Kitchen Aid appliances-additionally, stand alone ice maker, warming drawer and refrigerator drawers in the center island along with 3 full refrigerators and a mini refrigerator. Keurig machine and coffee maker to choose from how you prefer your coffee. Cold/Hot water dispenser. Air Fryer/Toaster/Crock Pot/Skillet…
Sun all day with magnificent sunsets on this elevated view; beautiful sandy beach 50ft by approximately 25ft. One of the few homes that actually has a sandy beach and sand in the water were you can enjoy water volleyball and basketball. located across from famous Round Lake sandbar that on weekends has boating, music and water games all day long. Walk to downtown area-breweries, bars, restaurants, roller rink and the famous Driftwood ice cream parlor. During the summer bask in the sun and the lake enjoying water sports. The Fall season has plenty of Wine testing and Fall festivals a short distance away. If Winter is your time to enjoy outside sports the area offers plenty of snow mobile trails close by and snow skiing within a short ride. Call before booking, so can discuss additional amenities.
We also have a brand new 2021 Avalon Catalina Tritoon available for rent. We match the price from the local Marina because we prefer that you rent our boat rather then bringing in a boat from another Marina. We allowed renters in the past to bring boats but unfortunately our pier was damaged and 3 sections needed to be replaced.
