The home comes with all the beach supplies you need to truly relax and enjoy! Baby/kids gear also available. The home is set up for entertaining, enjoy morning coffee on the deck or an evening bbq and cocktail by the fire pit. The large great room and kitchen make it perfect for relaxing with company but the home is large enough to spread out. Enjoy the quiet patio off the master for privacy or the front porch for more unobstructed views. The two large bedrooms/bathrooms are downstairs. Kitchen, dining, living room, bonus room/office and powder bathroom all upstairs.. Unlike many properties in the area, this one has brand new AC system keeping you comfortable and cool for your stay!
Leucadia is the best of both luxury living mixed with a funky beach vibe. The mornings are so peaceful and calm with the occasional paddle boarder or early rise surfer. The beach bluffs in front of the property are absolutely stunning and perfect for daytime beach fun in the sun or sunset strolls with the glisten of the ocean. Property is located within walking/beach cruiser distance to wine bars, restaurants and live music or you can venture just a short drive into Downtown Encinitas for even more action. The Coaster Train is also a great local favorite for the real adventurous that want to experience the City for a night in Downtown San Diego's Gaslamp District or catch a Padre Game. Summary: My family and I loved our stay here! Beautiful ocean views and sounds enjoyable from the deck and living room. Clean, comfy bedrooms and bathrooms in a nice, safe area. The house was well stocked, beautiful, and bright. A short walk to the beach or a nice pool. The area has many restaurants and things to do! Loved it! Michelle was a fantastic host and communicated very well for easy check in and out. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Summary: House was as described- beautiful and clean. Nice and open without a lot of clutter. Neighborhood is very clean and quiet. The tennis courts and pool are a great addition. The guards in the guard shack are incredibly friendly. House was pretty well stocked, could use an update on a few items but overall lots to choose from. The beach is rocky- just fyi for families wanting to “set up shop” probably not the best place but good beaches aren’t far (Carlsbad). Loved all the gear in the garage including a stroller! Owners have thought of everything. Great stay we hope to return again soon.

Summary: Our family spent Thanksgiving week at Michelle’s beautiful place. There was ample room for 5 adults and a 9 month old, and we hosted dinner for 7 very comfortably. Michelle had a pack and play set up for us, a high chair in the garage, and there were even baby spoons and bowls. The ocean view provided breathtaking sunsets each night. Everyone in our group was delighted with the accommodations, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to make lasting family memories.
