Our spacious family villa is Minutes from Attitash Ski Resort, the National Forest, and the Saco River in beautiful Bartlett. Our custom quality built 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 3000sqft home has a large level grassed back yard and firepit for relaxing. Inside, we've got a chef's kitchen, a cozy family room with a gas fireplace and plenty of room to spread out. We just added a brand new pool table in the basement as well! The 3 car garage is also accessible during your stay if you wish.

Summary: The property was a great and fit our families. The location was excellent close enough to the places we were planning to go. The fireplaces kept everything warm and toasty. The only complaint from our group we felt that the cleaning when arrived was lacking. Floors we not clean: crumbs under the couch and sticky floors & crumbs under the cushions. One of the bathroom shower door was also off the hinge when we arrived. Also the place needed a good dusting light fixture / fans had a lot of dust. Thank you Christina

Summary: House and property was amazing! Perfect size, perfect location (close to everything)! Owner was gracious enough to allow us to use his garage so we could keep our Harleys inside at night, and from a huge thunderstorm! We will definitely stay here again!

Summary: We were six adults in our early 70’s. The place was exactly like advertised. Plenty of room to spread out and relax after a day of hiking and sightseeing. We couldn’t get the TV to work so ended up playing games. We had a nice night out at the fire pit. Would definitely go back there.

Summary: House is spacious and in good condition. Plenty of room in the kitchen and adjoining family room. Communication with owner was quick. Only comment I would make is that if you are a billiards aficionado you will be disappointed. The table is low quality and there was only one functioning cue and it was warped. Balls wandered around on table. Our kids managed to have fun on it, but I wasn't inspired to play much.

Summary: Location is excellent for a New Hampshire ski weekend. Very convenient to Attitash and Cranmore as well as close to North Conway restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Summary: We are a group of seven adults who came to this home for a weekend getaway including skiing at Attitash, eating out, cooking in, and relaxation. This home was perfect for us. The home is actually just as it shows in the pictures. It is very well-maintained and very clean. It is only five minutes away from Attitash, and very close to all of the restaurants in North Conway. The kitchen is very well equipped, the dining room table large enough to accommodate our group, and the living room is a very comfortable relaxing area to watch the playoff football games. The pool table, although we only used it twice, was a nice option at this house. The four bedrooms are very comfortable, and very spacious. The bed and bath linens provided were quality items. Because the weekend was so cold and snowy, it was very nice that there was a three car garage available to us. Jeremiah was excellent to communicate with; although we only had a few questions, he was very responsive. If we came back to this area, we would not hesitate to rent this home again.

Summary: We had a great time at this beautifully maintained property. The home was true to it's photos: spacious, well-appointed, and clean. With the exception of the one-ply toilet paper, it felt more like being at a luxury hotel than a rental property. The house is within 10 minutes of Storyland and Diana's Baths. It's about 15 or 20 from North Conway village. It was a perfect location for our varied interests. We would definitely book again!

Summary: We would definitely stay at this property again. There were 10 of us (including a toddler) - two families each with children 9 and under. The house is in excellent condition with fresh bedding, linens, and towels. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen has lots of storage. I believe the property is new to the rental market and there were some key basics missing from the kitchen - needed when cooking and serving meals for two families, but I reached out to Jeremiah with my feedback and he remedied the situation by the end of the day. He was always very responsive to any messages I sent which was totally appreciated. We also arrived in the rain so being able to pull into a garage and unload was appreciated. It's a short distance to North Conway town center and to StoryLand so also a convenient location.

Summary: This place is exactly like the pictures! Beautiful property and big backyard with lots of room. It held all 10 of us comfortably. The only downside was no AC upstairs, however lots of fans to cool it off. The downstairs however had AC and was very cool. Other than that the property was great, close to everything including less than a five minute drive to Saco River and very close to downtown!
