Summary: The condo is located in a quiet, golf community with access to amenities. Easy, short drive to the beach, stores, restaurants, etc. Wayne had great recommendations for places to go and the BEST bagels ever! The condo itself is very clean and spacious. They even had a pack-n-play crib available when we found out at the last minute we were bringing our infant grandson. Wayne reached out to us before our trip and a couple times during the week to make sure things were good. We cannot say enough good things about the condo and the hosts - Excellent in every way! We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: The location of this condo is perfect if you are looking for some relaxing quietness but close enough to the beach and entertainment. Right off of 17 just into NC. The communication with Wayne was outstanding and check in was a breeze. Highly recommend.

Summary: Wayne was an excellent host with excellent communications. The house was on a combination lock which made check in and in and out access for all guests super easy. The property is on a golf course with full access to club and pool. I would stay here again.
