The accommodation is located on the attic floor of a modern building, positioned to the south, it has a wide view of the sea and partly of the hills surrounding Sanremo. Its dominant position makes it particularly silent, the balconies and the large terrace that surround it increase the living spaces. On the large solarium that serves the living area, the kitchens and the living room, it is possible to sunbathe, have meals and maybe cook with the barbacue. All in maximum privacy just a few minutes from the city center.
The kitchen is large and sunny, equipped with every useful accessory (oven, plate, dishwasher etc ...) with ample space to comfortably find space for up to six people.
The leaving area, also overlooking the large solaium, warm and welcoming, allows you to spend relaxing time in front of the TV or reading a book while relaxing.
The bedrooms, both with balcony, overlook the west side and have a wide view of the hills facing. Finally, the bathroom, equipped with shower, with adjoining balcony with washing machine, completes the spaces of the house.
Access to the accommodation is very easy because the building is served by a lift, the parking space is private inside the condominium spaces.

Summary: We really enjoyed the apartment. It felt spacious and clean, beds were nice and the terrace/balcony was really nice. Gianni were very friendly and gave us lots of information for our stay. Easy parking. We could see ourselves coming back to both San Remo and this apartment. A few restaurants close and both a coop and Lidl within walking distance.

Summary: We were 6 persons staying in this apartment and we enjoyed it very much. First of all Gianni is such a nice and kind person, you can trust his word meaning what you expect and what you negotiate with him ( price and conditions ) is what you get. The apartment is situated in a very quiet area and it is close to the beaches and very important in Sanremo, it has free parking ( we were travelling with 2 cars ). The apartment have 2 normal bedrooms, 1 big livingroom and 1 huge very beautiful terace. If you stay in Sanremo it worth visiting Monte Carlo ( 42 km away ), Cannes ( 80 km ) and Nice. So again many thanks to Gianni, we enjoyed staying in your apartment.

Summary: We were looking for a nice and affordable place to stay for 9 nights at the beginning of August in San Remo and found this apartment. We (a family of four) travelled together by car; recommended if you're travelling to San Remo in general. Parking space available in the private car park at the back or at the front. San Remo is a hilly place, so be prepared to do some walking. There are two double bedrooms with comfortable beds which is great for two couples. One of the siblings slept in the bedroom while the other stayed in the living room on a fold-out bed (need to ask for this, the landlord will bring it over if necessary). The kitchen had everything we needed. There is a supermarket (Co-op) and some local grocers so we had the chance to cook our own food on most nights. Good food - whether staying in and cooking your own, or going out - is not a problem in San Remo. The bathroom is small but has all the important luxuries. The shower is especially small and can be a bit difficult to navigate at times. As the description states, the beaches and restaurants are close, about 10 minutes worth of lazy-walk away. There is an Ice Cream place on the way to the beach (on the main high-street, next to the Co-op) which is said to be the best in San Remo - definitely recommended in the hot summer sun, and by far the best ice-cream we have ever had. No internet available in the apartment which is a definite plus if you want to really get disconnected from work email and the like. We used a local SIM card for any emergency contact with the outside world. It was a wonderful apartment to stay in, with a large balcony facing the sea. The photos don't actually do the view from the balcony nor the apartment justice - something we all enjoyed for the duration of our stay were the sunsets overlooking the sea in the distance - especially great when eating some local fruit. The landlord who looked after us was an amazingly hospitable and knowledgeable host. He showed us around San Remo and gave us all the pointers we needed to get the most out of our stay (special mention). A great apartment for couples or families alike. Highly recommended.

Summary: A spacious clean apartment with sea-facing balcony view, it is also well located, being within easy reach of shops, beaches and cycle paths.
