Summary: If you are looking for a beautiful apartment to stay with your family this is it. The owner met us outside the unit which was amazing. He showed us around the unit and provided great information about the area. They were so kind to leave us a welcome basket which was so nice and thoughtful.The apartment is beautifully decorated, clean with all the amenities you may need. The description of the unit is exactly what is was. They also provided bikes which was a bonus for us! The apartment is in a great safe location within walking distances to the beaches, biking trail and shops. The market and great restaurants are close by which is great for a family like ours. We had such a wonderful stay here with our family and hope to come back next year. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Summary: This was absolutely beautiful! Very spacious,lovely furnishings,wonderful attentive hosts.The location is excellent..train station at top of the street, gorgeous walking areas to the beaches and nearby restaurants. Would absolutely recommend!!!

Summary: Very nice, well maintained and friendly apartment, close to the beach (5-10 mins walk) and the city center (10 mins). Owners are extremely friendly and helpful, offering lots of insight into Sanremo and what to do. Also complementary bikes for experiencing the 20km bike path are handy!

Summary: I was very comfortable in this flat. Giovanna and Fabbio have put a lot of care into this property and that was evident. They added personal touches and made me very welcome. Its location was ideal for me. No need for a car though a space was provided to park if required.The fast broadband was a huge plus. I would have loved to have made use of the out door space a real treat with a flat but the Sanremo weather wasn't as good as it usually is. Stll I managed to walk every where and enjoyed it all.

Summary: The apartment is so welcoming and so clean and perfect for a little beach holiday. The courtyard in the back is so handy to have and it's great. The owners are really friendly and willing to help if there's the slightest question or query. The apartment is 5 minutes from a few beaches, one of which is a free sandy beach with lifeguard so it's really safe and the water is great! Sanremo is so Italian and you don't feel like there are tourists everywhere, which is great as you get the proper Italian experience. I would really recommend this holiday...the apartment is perfect, location is perfect and you're only 1 hour to Nice airport! Superb!
