This large fully furnished comfortable home is located on 155 feet of sandy Paw Paw Lake frontage with a private 82 foot permanent pier with dockage for renter's boats and great pier fishing. The beach is sandy with no seawall, so great for swimming. Paw Paw Lake is a 900-acre inland lake with 13 miles of picturesque shoreline to explore, located in Watervliet, Michigan. Paw Paw Lake is one of the premier inland lakes in Southwest Michigan. It's fully recreational, including excellent fishing, power and sail boating, water-skiing and jet-skiing. The beach area is very user-friendly, especially for children since the sandy area's descent is gradual. Boat, jet-ski, kayak, and paddle board rentals are also available from local stores/marinas.
The house is large and cozy with 5 bedrooms, which sleeps 12. There is also a finished 3rd floor (available at additional fee) with 2 more bedrooms to sleep an additional 6 for total of 18, if needed. There is a very large living room with a stone wood-burning-fireplace, comfy denim sofas, and a 65 inch flat panel TV, WiFi, and a stereo. The dining room has a big farmhouse table and the kitchen has everything you'll need. From the house the wide lot offers a gorgeous view of the water and two large bay windows; one in front of the dining table and another that spans the entire living room, giving panoramic views of Paw Paw Lake. The backyard has a huge beautiful wrap-around deck. It's very large, with a picnic table, Weber gas grill and deck chairs. The deck makes an ideal outdoor living space. There is also a screened-in porch and an outside fire pit for s'mores. There are cornhole boards, rafts, kids' life vests and toys for the beach. The house has hardwood floors throughout.
The home furnishes everything but your clothes and tooth brush, including KitchenAid gas range and oven,dishwasher, microwave, mixers, 2 coffee maker, two refrigerators, extra freezer, beverage fridge, dishes, silverware and a basement with a washer and dryer. There is digital comcast cable and wifi included. We provide all towels and linens and even toilet paper.
In the summer the house rents from Friday to Friday. Check-in is at 5:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 am. It is available in the Fall, Winter and Spring for both shorter-term weekends and longer-term rentals. In the Fall, people enjoy weekends of apple and pumpkin picking at nearby orchards, as well as wine tasting at area vineyards. The house is also close to several wedding venues. The driveway fits 6 cars comfortably.

Summary: My family decided it was time we had our first annual family lake vacation and started looking for a house on Paw Paw Lake since it was half way between Wisconsin and Indianapolis....we were so lucky to find this fabulous home. Right from the beginning, we had a great experience. Lori was so good about answering all of my questions and when we arrived she walked us through the house and showed us the whole layout. Lori was helpful with every aspect of our trip. The house was a perfect size for our family. Everyone loved that we could hang with the little ones on the beach, look at the beautiful views of the lake from the huge deck and then be able to hang out at the large fire pit to roast marshmallows. We were so impressed that the owner had everything we needed from beach towels to pots and pans in their fully stocked kitchen. We all felt like we were in our own home. Thank you and we hope to be back next year!

Summary: We had an absolute great time staying at this home on Paw Paw Lake. The home is equipped with anything you could possibly need and more. Very spacious, open concept and large enough to accommodate large groups. We have created family memories here that we'll cherish for a lifetime. The location is serene yet close to anything you may desire - grocery, restaurants, golf course, etc.

Summary: This is our second time staying at the property and we will definitely be back! Enough space for four families comfortably, large gathering space on the family, an absolutely adorable third floor space for the kiddos with six beds for a minor additional fee. The view is unmatched and the fun on the lake only added to the wonderful accommodations.

Summary: To say our stay at Lynn’s was perfect would be an understatement. Booking was a breeze. Lynn and Lori answered all of our questions in a timely and detailed fashion. They provided a guide to the area and were just so kind in every interaction. The house was immaculate. The bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked. Each time we went to see if they had an appliance or kitchen item sure enough it was there. The kids had an absolutely blast with all the beach toys provided. There was plenty of room for our five families, and the kiddos loved the grounds. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much Lynn and Lori.

Summary: There were 7 of us. We rented this house for a long weekend to celebrate our 60th birthdays. Had a wonderful time and created lasting memories! The house and location were great. We made good use of the well-stocked kitchen, back deck and fire pit. Beds were comfortable!! Lori, the property manager, has a wealth of information and provided great recommendations on restaurants, wineries, and boat rental.

Summary: Everyone in our group thought this house was a quintessential lake house on a great lot and in a very convenient location. Very clean and spacious home and beautiful views from the deck, or hanging out on the pier. We rented a boat (Runyon Boat Rentals) and that was a plus as the lake is great. If you are interested in fishing, we caught enough perch for appetizers for 7 guys, not to mention some bluegill and bass which we did not keep. Plenty of room in the house for hanging out, playing games, etc. We cooked all of our meals in the kitchen or on grill, and ate in the dining are with views of lake or on the deck. Owners are very response and made the entire process enjoyable. Lastly, a great location near a few restaurants, grocery, drug stores, etc. Highly recommend this property!

Summary: A wonderful stay with my children, their spouses, and my grandchildren. The house has a lot of room to spread out. At check-in we were met by Lori who went through everything in the house and explained how to work things. Very well equipped with all supplies and towels-only need to bring your food! Paw Paw lake is a great area to stay. Beautiful views of the lake from the house and the deck. Nice beach-there are quite a few stairs from the house to the beach, but we all managed. Great family get away!

Summary: I grew up in the area but have spent the last 50 years on the prairie of Nebraska. When this property became unexpectedly available it was an opportunity return and enjoy the area, friends and family. This house and property are wonderful. Everything was as stated in the description. Everything was clean. The house is set up with everything you need from potato peeler to towels. There is a large deck overlooking the lake where one spends most of their time. The beach is clean with a sand bottom lake. The dock is perfect for tying up a boat. Lorie the manager, who is second to none, put us in contact with someone who would rent of their pontoon boat, which we had for a couple of days. As stated earlier, I can't praise Lori enough. A couple of unexpected touches were the bottle of wine from a local winery, Tabor Hill, and a supply of wood for the fire pit. This place is top shelf.
