The third bedroom is set up as a dual purpose, spacious office with large desk, high end desk chair, hdmi monitor, usb keyboard/mouse and a laser printer/scanner. This room/office also features a twin size sofa/daybed. Just off the kitchen is the large cozy living room with two full size sofas and a massive 85 inch smart TV. Enjoy the extras! a bonus room with billiard table and steel tip dart board, and a sprawling, covered back patio with full size dining table and plenty of comfy seating to enjoy the mature trees swaying in the breeze and the many species of birds flying overhead. The patio stoop descends on the extended living space backyard with marble rock bed for the large, shaded outdoor sectional sofa and fireplace.
