Beautiful lodge on secluded, wooded property with a great location -- only minutes to Old Man’s Cave, Rock House, and Conkle’s Hollow. The Hocking Hills State Forest and bridle trail are just outside your door. The Starry Knight Lodge has 4 private bedrooms, 4.5 baths, with 3,000 square feet of living space. Custom cherry cabinets, doors, and paneling. Master en-suite bedroom with Queen size log bed. Two private en-suite bedrooms upstairs with Queen size beds and twin trundle sets. Both upstairs bedrooms have balconies with porch swings to enjoy some personal outdoor quite time. Lower-level bedroom with Queen bed and nearby double sink bathroom. Additional lower-level bunk bed -- Twin over Full.
Prepare your meals in the well-equipped kitchen with new stove and ultra-quiet dishwasher! Beautiful oak dining table for sharing meals. Grill (out of the rain!) on the full wrap-around porch (main deck) just outside of the kitchen. Three stone wood-burning fireplaces, 2 indoor and 1 on the main deck. The main deck also has a 3rd porch swing along with 2 patio tables that seat 12 for outdoor dining. Walk out the finished lower level to a private hot tub. You may also enjoy roasting hot dogs and s’mores around the outdoor fire pit. Complimentary WiFi, YouTube TV app with 100+ channels, and a Blu Ray player with numerous DVDs, a foosball table, a board/card game table, and numerous board games -- perfect entertainment for those occasional rainy days.

Summary: The cabin was lovely, clean, well appointed. It was near the hiking trails that we wanted to visit. (Old Man’s Cave, Conkle’s Hollow). We enjoyed the kitchen, the hot tub, the rooms, the game room, especially the foosball table. The temperature was easily and well controlled. We had trouble with the main floor fireplace. When we started it, smoke filled the lower level somehow, so we discontinued using the main floor fireplace. The dining room table was sticky, which made it difficult to play our card games. (We purchased a plastic table cloth to cover it with and that helped.) Thank you for a great stay!

Summary: We had such a wonderful two night stay! We ranged in ages from 2 to 70 and everyone of us had a blast! Room for the whole group to sleep comfortably and gather or spread out. The fireplace outside drew all of us and we sat for hours around it talking and laughing! Perfect location for walks with little ones and a little exploring in the woods!

Summary: We stayed 2 nights in Starry Night Lodge with our children and grandchildren who ranged from 9 -18yrs. We had a wonderful time! the Lodge was very clean, beds comfy, plenty of bathrooms and kitchen room. Hot tub was great! We usually would have a campfire each night, which we love, but there's a 'no burn' ordinance in the county because of a severe drought. We still had a great time! Hiked in a couple parks! Conkles Hollow was amazing!! All in all, a great experience there. thank you! Mary & Tim Sarver & family

Summary: The lodge was very nice, and the hocking hills area was great! Hot tub was great! It would have been really nice to use the fire pit or outdoor fireplace or grill. But a fire ban was issued a week before we got there. Which brings me to a problem; if the managers / hosts knew about the burn ban before we got there then they should communicate that so we don’t bring a lot of firewood and charcoal. We had more communication with the housekeeper than the host.
