With a private access to the beach, you will truly feel you have arrived in paradise. A mere 50 steps to the beach, you will gladly spend a major portion of your day basking in the southern Florida sunshine, watching as the dolphins and manatee frolic in the surf. Should the sun leave you feeling parched, you'll be glad to know happy hour at the beachfront " Sunset grill " restaurant and bar are a few steps away.
PLEASE NOTE.... Nightly rates quoted are for a ONE WEEK ( 7 nights ) rental, Saturday to Saturday. Shorter stays and non- Sat to Sat. will be charged a different, higher rate

Summary: The view from the 4th floor was fabulous, dolphins playing everyday. Nice pool and convenient restaurant. The bed was very comfortable and some updating has been done. I thought the unit had a washer and dryer in it but they were only steps away. There were no dish towels or extra pillow cases for the extra pillows and only one set of sheets for the king bed. Only two bath towels but plenty of beach towels. The tv’s were too small. The closet where the beach chairs were kept was a mess and smelled. Don’t know if the owners have been there recently but it would be a good idea. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to share our experience.
