This beautiful "Tiny House" built in 2019 has loads of character and charm. Sitting on the banks of Surface Creek in the back, the front faces the Adobe Buttes and Grand Mesa. On occasion, watch horseback riders in the arena just outside the front door. Enjoy the park-like settings on this 70 acre hay farm and horse ranch. The peaceful creek offers a quiet place to rest and rejuvenate. You will love this place!
The Tiny House is 300 square feet of luxury finishes. It is the creation of a local custom cabinet designer who has taken his art to new heights and has fashioned a gem. The moment you step foot inside you will feel the warmth of home, at least in a tiny way. The outside space is perfect for relaxation. Enjoy walking around the park-like setting which includes about 45 acres of hay fields. The owners will also help set up a campfire at the guest fire pit next to the arena. Pets are welcome!

Summary: I had a great time staying at this tiny house. Not much storage space, but that’s to be expected as it’s a tiny house and they let me use an outdoor shed for anything else I needed stored. Walking around the property was lovely and had great views of the mountains and sunsets every night! Also situated right on a creek so can hear the water at night while sleeping which was very calming. Overall I had a great time!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at the tiny home. The property was beautiful and the hosts were great at communicating. The house is rustic, as advertised, which was not a problem except that the power went out a few times. The space was great for two adults. Overall would recommend!

Summary: Super nice owners, they were very responsive and accommodating. There was plenty to keep my 2 year old occupied on the property with a playground set and visiting the animals that lived there. The town nearby (Delta) was really cute and had a lot of good places to eat. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. The tiny home was very nicely set up, comfortable and we had everything we needed there.

Summary: Only a half-an-hour from Grand Mesa, this was a wonderful location to unwind on our vacation and still enjoy the sites in the area. Our hosts were great about giving us space but were available for any of our needs. We would recommend this location to anyone interested in a peaceful getaway.

Summary: Our family lives the tiny house. The owners were so friendly and the kids loved exploring the farm and interacting with the animals. My son will never forget Annie Oakley. It was an extreme heat wave during our stay and the only downside was not being able to cool off the room as much as we would have liked. The TV was never used and we enjoyed the views, sunsets and hanging out on the porch
