This house really is a dream vacation home for families. There is plenty of space for everyone and so many places to relax and make memories together.
There are two bedrooms on the first floor, both with an adjacent full bathroom. There is a master suite on the second floor, as well as an awesome bunk room that the kids are sure to love! There is a bathroom in the bunk room with a bath for the little ones. The basement has a ping pong table, as well as buckets of lawn toys because you will most definitely need them to play on the football field sized lawn in the backyard! This house has a great grilling area and the accordion window allows you to pass items and food easily from kitchen to grill. There is a covered patio if you prefer to be out of the sun, and there are also two decks for you to relax on with a cup of coffee or a cocktail. The fire pit is wood burning and perfect for roasting marshmallows!
First Beach is just one mile away from this property, which makes beach days fun and easy. We do have beach chairs for your use!
Sorry, we do NOT permit large gatherings such as rehearsal dinners, lobster bakes, or after wedding brunches. We do however love to have large families and groups of friends who are looking to enjoy the nearby beaches, the history of the area, the fun of downtown Newport, and most of all, being together.

Summary: We stayed at this beautiful house for our annual girls trip. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed! Teresa was fantastic answering any of our questions and was kind enough to allow us an early check in. Would highly recommend this home for family and friends! We will definitely stay there again! Summary: We had 8 adults and everyone had a great time with plenty of space. The property is even larger than it looks in the pictures. Everything was clean and nicely updated, esp the bathrooms. Terrific location too. Many close restaurants.No complaints. Highly recommend Highly recommended

Summary: This property is absolutely stunning and the perfect spot for my girls weekend! It is only a 10 minute drive to downtown Newport and has plenty of beds and bathrooms for a good sized group! Highly recommend!

Summary: We just loved staying here, there was space for everyone, and the sunsets off the back yard were amazing! Great location, easy to get everywhere. Loved it all!!

Summary: We stayed for a long weekend at The Barn and are so happy with our experience and stay. The Barn is absolutely gorgeous. It is located on a busier road, however, the house is set back far and is set on a beautiful, large property. The owner Teresa was so accommodating, kind, and helpful. The house is clean, organized, and checked off all of our boxes and beyond. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our long weekend! Thank you!

Summary: My group of 7 family/friends stayed here for a golf weekend. The house was perfect - clean, large enough, and exactly as described. All of the bedrooms were great - the bunk room was a hit. Pleasantly surprised by the quantity and quality of all of the bathrooms. The hangout space in the basement was fun - I’m surprised they haven’t fully finished the space down there! Communication with the host was fine - we did not need her during our stay, but was very helpful to ensuring we were all set leading up to our visit. The accordion window from the kitchen to the deck was a hit and a great way to extend the living spaces. The yard was a great place to hang out, although the grass was quite long and very thick which made playing in it a bit of a challenge. We were also disappointed to discover that the golf hole at the end of the backyard was not an actual hole, just a pole with no flag. Although we probably would not have spent much time playing with that as there was a coyote family that appeared to have had a den right under the tree next to the “golf hole”. Either way, the yard was beautiful to look at and made for a nice backdrop. The location was a quick 10 minute drive to the heart of downtown Newport. We ubered and had no troubles getting a car to pick us up at the house. We would definitely stay again!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at The Barn! That back yard is amazing!! The fire pit, the under the deck oasis and the kitchen-to-the-outside window — all so awesome! The property is secluded but close to everything! We loved how close the house is to the bird sanctuary - great place to walk and can’t beat the views. The Cliff Walk, mansion tours, Second Beach, renting mopeds and electric bikes are some of our favs. Thanks for our home away from home.
