Positive: Safe & secured. Comfortable rooms and really appreciated having laundry service on-site. Overall a good stay and definitely good value for money. Very helpful and friendly host.

Negative: The only downside was the need for better ventilation, but otherwise it met my needs well.

Positive: Ii was happy with the staff friendly and offered to help out.

Negative: To get into bedroom and bathroom we had to go up and down . It was a safety concern for my husband who is disabled.No natural light in the bathroom so when there was power outage husband was injured.We wanted to leave and the booking .com wanted to charge another $1840 if we changed our booking, hence forced to stay . The owner who lived in Australia was more concerned about getting more money out of us There was a lack of empathy and concern towards us. Felt sorry for the lady who was trying her best to get things fixed..Becos of her we stayed..
