Positive: Gracy’s place was very clean and comfortable. Equipt with all essentials. Smelled nice too. Pool table was an added bonus. The fireplace in the entertainment centre was a cozy while we watched a movie. Also well heated, not crafty or cool for a basement location.

Negative: There was delay in response when needed entry code and wifi password.

Summary: When I did talk to Gracie, she was very pleasant and accommodating. Her place was very nice and clean in a nice location
