Summary: We were traveling on motorcycles so the Valet guy gave us a convenient place to park the bikes for easy access and in a covered area! The highlight for me was the rooftop bar and restaurant...caught a full rainbow after a major storm rolled thru!

Summary: Really poor experience sadly. Didnt have the type of room we booked when we arrived. Rooms are old and super dark/dingy and smell smoky. Have stayed in worse but given the price point a terrible value

Summary: The valet was rude and nasty. The air conditioning in our room did not maintain the temperature correctly. It would go on and the room temperature would be comfortable but as soon as the very noisy unit cycled off, it would be extremely uncomfortable in the room. The front desk staff was friendly, helpful, and polite. This is our go to hotel when visiting family in C'ville and had always been great, but not so much this stay.

Summary: Not like - the room furniture was a wreck. Shower stall rotted. Window frame totally janked. Generally the facilities were waaay below expectations for almost $300/ night. Coffee bar in lobby was sad looking and the food was bad.

Summary: The man at the reception was wonderful, but the parking was awful (under construction and we got stuck getting out). The room was a bit shabby, but ok, until we tried to sleep. Every time the air system came on it sounded like a medium sized rodent was scrambling around inside the system. It woke me up about every 1/2 hour. Could not wait to check out!

Summary: The property is in a great area and close to many restaurants and bars. It was also walkable to JPJ. The rooms are dated. The air unit was extremely noisy all night and we were unable to adjust the temperature.

Summary: Hotel was nice and most staff were kind, friendly, and helpful despite the large volume of people trying to check in at the same time ahead of a show at JPJ area. The exception was the valet. I saw him get into a verbal altercation with a pedestrian that he almost hit with someone else’s car. We also witnessed the valet drive like a maniac when out of view of the lobby area. We decided to self-park. I could have done without the fish hanging above the beds but that is probably a me thing and not a Hilton thing.
