Positive: The hotel staff are super friendly and helpful. We do not speak any Spanish and the hotel staff have always make suggestions to us regarding restaurants and supermarkets etc. My son like the young lady working in the hotel very much.
Negative: The place is a bit expensive but it is holiday season so it is still reasonable.

Positive: This was the second time we have been to the graffiti suites- it was so good the first time we brought our friends this time. The rooms are beautiful and so so clean. Every member of staff is so friendly, helpful and professional - top marks to all of them. Such a good feeling staying here - we will be back - hopefully later this year - and then next year - and the year after. Thank you

Positive: Good location, we were welcomed even though we arrived at midnight. Also our flight back was in the evening and the staff allowed us to use one of the apartments to shower and change clothes. Absolutely great service.
Negative: The elevator is the slowest elevator in the world! It would also be good if the pictures belonging to the apartment you are going to match the apartment.
Summary: We were very warmly welcomed, everything was clean and tidy. Staff did everything they could to help

Positive: We choose Graffiti Suites Málaga specifically because the reviews mentioned how quiet it was. We had found other, more central apartments but they all mentioned street noise, even in winter! Graffiti Suites Málaga certainly didn't disappoint on the noise -- it was very calm and peaceful, which is exactly what we wanted and needed. We were only 10 minutes' walk to the centre and 15 minutes' to the port so it was perfect for us. The staff was really friendly and helpful, which really made our stay; we said hello and goodbye to them as we left the building. Our thanks to them! Our first floor apartment itself was comfortable and clean. The kitchen had all the things needed to cook and there was a big fridge/freezer, hob/oven, coffee-maker, and hot/cold water dispenser. There was a medium-sized supermarket near by -- perfect to get everything you needed for breakfast/lunch/dinner, as well as a local bakery and a food market where we bought some local extra virgin olive oil from a family-owned farm to take back with us. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. There are thoughtful touches like a basket with a beach towel (unfortunately we didn't get good enough weather) and slippers for the room, and there was sliced bread, olive oil and salt, and coffee capsules, and milk, and orange juice (not fresh) in the fridge. The room was nicely decorated with antique furniture in places so it had charm. We would definitely stay there again, without a doubt.
Negative: Minor things like hooks for coats in the entrance would have been great (we passed this on to the lovely receptionist who noted it down). And next time I think would pick a balcony facing the street. Our apartment faced a small, slightly claustrophobic (to me) internal courtyard, which I think might be echoey in hot weather with everyone out on their balconies. As we had not such great weather, we didn't use the balcony.

Positive: Location was superb - everything was accessible by walking. Loads of excellent cafes and bars in easy walking distance. The suite was large and well laid out. It was very clean.
