Summary: Beautiful grounds and decor!! Very rich and royal feeling staying here and we didn’t get to see everything because of time constraints. Will definitely book again!!!

Summary: The property was absolutely gorgeous. All the rooms were very unique. The property was maintained meticulously. Loved all the antiques that were available for sale. The breakfast was amazing and plentiful and simply elegant. Our entire stay was delightful and we would love to return for a longer stay.

Summary: The accomodations have a wonderful blend of the old and new. Beautiful antique paintings, sculptures, furniture and decorum, with modern bathroom upgrades. The breakfast was amazing. Fresh fruit, hot cider, blueberry pancakes and real maple syrup. Our server Cherish was fantastic!!

Summary: Beautiful and charming place for a weekend getaway. Unfortunately it was raining during our stay, but there are expansive grounds to walk and relax in as well. Our bed was extremely comfortable as well. Easy to get to and from Baltimore from here.

Summary: We spent one night at this beautifully appointed B & B. We were greeted with a very friendly front staff person who quickly showed us to our room. As a note if you are traveling with a lot of luggage or are elderly this hotel does not have an elevator so getting up to the third floor where our room might be a bit of a challenge! The room was cozy and very quiet but sadly our mattress was one of the worst I have ever slept in. Overall the morning breakfast was utterly FABULOUS and made to order so that helped ease the lack of sleep and the back ache I woke with due to the mattress.

Summary: This is an unusual kind of place, a magnificent mansion that's been beautifully restored. The breakfasts are wonderful (haven't had other meals there) and the staff, including the owner, could not be nicer or more helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat!
