Summary: We had a great time in Gran Hotel Bali for 5 days ,an unexpected experience. Excellent quality of services. I would like to return in the future.

Summary: I’ve enjoyed my holiday at Gran Bali hotel Benidorm. Cleanliness and comfort. Given a sea view as requested and the view and room were very pleasant Restaurant was clean and staff helpful if needed. Only issue was the long queues to buy a drink in the island bar. Especially in the late afternoon. Only 1 staff making coffees. Cocktails and other drinks taking time before you can be served. I can imagine this will be worse when hotel full. Staff were pleasant though. No signs to say where the spa is . Prices were on display which appeared expensive Entertainment was missing but out of season and we wanted a peaceful holiday. Public bus and taxi to the Old Town cheap. A few miles out or an hour walk. Beautiful and clean beaches and promenade Hot Food as other reviews tends not to be. But there is plenty of choice and plentiful. Especially breakfast was very good.

Summary: I loved the hotel, it was beautiful. The staff were very helpful taking my mobility scooter backwards and forwards tonthe parking area. However i was disappointed and surprised that i had to pay €6 a day to park my scooter at the hotel and was not permitted to have in the hotel itself which was difficult to manage as i have very limited mobility and found it very difficult walking around such a large hotel without it.

Summary: Lovely hotel on the outside and communal areas but the rooms are very poor and dated. At breakfast everytime i got up to get something my table was cleared including my drinks so had to keep going back to get another one very frustrating

Summary: Good location and close to where we needed to be. We stayed in the older part of the hotel, and our room was quite basic but the size was perfect for our family (two adults and one child). Room and hotel were very clean. Checkin was easy and checkout even easier, someone was waiting in the very busy lobby helping direct those who were checking out so we didn’t have to wait in line.
