6 Bedroom Villa in Adeje, Tijoco Bajo Adeje

Large villa of 500 square meters, divided over two floors, completely new and elegantly furnished. Located near Adeje, in a quiet area, away from the chaos of the city, yet only 3 minutes by car from the main highway of the island, allowing excellent connection with all the attractions of the island.
Except for a few bathrooms, there are no rooms in the villa that do not have a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean. The villa has been finely designed with the aim of giving the sensation of touching the ocean.
The 600 square meter terraced garden consists of a patio with a table for 14 people where it is possible to eat all together in comfort, an area with a heated swimming pool 8 m x 4 m, an external bathroom, a barbecue area and a ping pong area.
For each stay we make sure that the cleanliness is impeccable. We provide: towels and beach towels for each guest, products for both the dishwasher and the washing machine, free Wi-FI throughout the house!
The price of the villa varies according to the number of guests who book it. In this way, even smaller groups can enjoy a holiday in the villa, paying a reduced price and having the appropriate number of rooms and services.
3 rooms are opened for a number of guests ranging from 1 to 6; 4 rooms are opened for 7-8 guests; 5 rooms are opened for 9-10 guests; all 6 rooms are opened for 11-12 guests.
Before booking, make sure you have read and accepted the rules of the Villa.
The Villa is in the last building of a street adjacent to a Barranco. This ensures that the view is not obstructed by anything and gives unique emotions. However, the barranco makes sure that the sound propagates particularly effectively within the road.
With the help of my neighbors, I personally guarantee that my guests will enjoy peace and quiet after 10pm. In the same way, I guarantee to the whole neighborhood (of which I am part, living in an apartment adjacent to the villa) that my guests will have accepted the house rules and will respect them. I mean, if you need peace and quiet at night, this is absolutely the villa for you. In case you can't do without listen to good music and celebrate during the night, I advise you not to book my villa, but to opt for another solution, possibly that allows parties.

Summary: This was by far the best experience we have had when renting. Lorenzo was an amazing host. He made us feel so comfortable and welcomed and was ready to help whenever we needed. The house is beautiful and clean. The pool was amazing and the beach is a short drive. I couldn’t recommend this house and Lorenzo more!

Summary: The Villa is as described and shown in photographs, imaculatly clean, furnished to a high standard and well designed. The host (Lorenzo) lives in an apartment attached to the villa and provides maintenance and assistance throughout your stay whilst respecting your privacy. As said in previously posts, a car rental would be necessary however all amenities and shops you need are only a few minutes drive away. Highly recommend the villa for family holidays A***

Summary: I gave 5 stars on the accuracy of the listing, however, there is an inaccuracy, the villa is better than the listing! Its generous living area, inside and outside cannot be fully appreciated with images alone, just be prepared to be wowed! Its huge! 10 of us went on holiday together and at no point did we feel in each others space. Lorenzo is a ultra professional host. The Villa was immaculate when we arrived and his communication throughout our stay was second to none! Ample parking for numerous vehicles, adjacent to the villa means getting things in and out was perfect. We were on a climbing holiday so heavy bags are a necessity and literally leave the front door and you are at your vehicle. The villas location was perfect for us, once you have a vehicle you are never more than 10 minute (very easy) drive to shops, bars and restaurants. We will stay again, 100% and I cannot recommend the Villa and Lorenzo's helpful nature enough. ENJOY!

Summary: Returned today from a weeks stay with my family at the villa and would 100% recommend. The villa itself is lovely - very spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The outside space was very important to us and it didn’t disappoint! The garden and pool are beautiful and very well kept with plenty of sun beds and a ping pong table that was a big hit with the children! The property’s host (Lorenzo) is fantastic, communications were always prompt and detailed both prior to our visit and whilst we were staying and little touches like providing bottled water and fresh fruit when we arrived was very thoughtful and saved us having to rush out to the shops straight away! Thank you for a great holiday!

Summary: Fabulous property, easily accommodated 3 generations of our family with a total of 9 guests. Outdoor space gorgeous, bbq a little far from kitchen but certainly gave us an appetite. Lorenzo is very welcoming and extremely quick to address any small issues that arose. Would highly recommend, pool is spotless and the table tennis went down a treat with the teenagers and adults alike, Margaret

Summary: We stayed at this property for 5 days in December 2019. Lorenzo met us when we arrived at around 1900hrs to show us around and the villa did not disappoint. it was clean, well maintained and had a wow factor you dont get with all rental properties. there was 7 of us in the party but the villa could easily accommodate 12 people. When we arrived we had no time to stop at a supermarket so Lorenzo took us in his own car to get some provisions for the night. The ONLY downside as i can see it was we were on a cycling holiday and the only way out of the area was up a massively steep hill, but we were in Tenerife and there are no flat roads! do yourself a favour, book this place. Thanks Lorenzo :)
